    I should have never trusted this company!!!! I’ve made the mistake of choosing and trusting them EVEN after all of the bad things I have heard of this insurance company. I counted on these people in my time of need and I have had the HARDEST time dealing with them. Time, money and my car -WASTED! Worst customer service and worst lesson I’ve learned in my life.

    Avoid at all costs!!! Scam company!! I pay you guys thousands for car insurance coverage for a damn reason, not so you can turn around and fight with me to get the other person involved in the accident money! I don’t benefit anything from you people and common sense dictates that’s not how insurance companies work. I should’ve saved my money and gone with an insurance company who works with me and has my back in times of trouble. As someone else mentioned, Insurance Navy is well known as a scam company especially amongst the Arabs in the southwest suburbs. Lesson learned. I advise anyone to take their business elsewhere.

    This company does not even deserve a single star. I was misinformed and scammed on the type of insurance my family was put on. My son was in an accident and now this scam insurance company is claiming that he is an excluded driver when my plan was supposed to include him in my policy! I will now have to pay $7000 out of pocket for an accident. I received no help what so ever from this insurance company. These are the most money hungry people I have ever had to deal with. I have to make multiple calls just to get a hold of someone and when I’m told I will get “called back” I never do. I will be seeking legal action against this company. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be spreading the word around for people to beware.

    I’ve had the worse experience ever with insurance navy they’re scammers and liars and ROBBERS i got in an accident and they didn’t cover it and want me to pay 7000 dollars. they don’t even deserve the 1 star i put.

    Bad company, Period. Avoid them.. I subscribed to their service because the girl who had finally received me on the phone was professional and I wanted to encourage her. Long before I ran into other real rude girls in the company who had disrespected me to the point of asking to speak to their manager. They told me that they could update the price of my Policy at a discount after renewing my driver's license which had expired. When i renewed my driver's license, they tell me that my Policy cannot be updated. Same for Roadside and Towing. When you call no one is there to answer calls even with extension numbers. For Toyota Camry i made the deposit of § 250; they ask me to pay after 21 days of service 178.25 wich will be the monthly payment. So expensive.. I want to pay by phone call, I find the amount is high more than expected. I call from 8am to 4pm, no one is there to answer me. I want to unsubscribe. Sad for me... bad company.

    I am really disappointed after many years with this company, and never had a problem ( since that I never needed them for a claim) .But when I needed them because I did an accident they showed me that they only care about money and they don’t care about their loyals customers.They have a very bad customer service!!!!! “not recommended it at all” .

    Worst company to deal with when it comes to insurance. You pay all this money monthly and when an accident happens, you are out of luck. Stick to a premium insurance brand like State Farm or Allstate where they will actually treat you right.

    I was forced to leave State Farm because the rates are too high. Fortunately, Jenan Saleh and another representative were helpful in finding me a lower rate therefore, I was able to get full coverage on both my vehicles without worry. Jenan was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered every question that I could come up with patiently, my wallet thanks you.

    In my fun journey of insurance shop and getting quotes after quotes, one stood out the most, Insurance Navy. After my conversation with Silvia, I knew my search was over. Whenever I didn’t understand; Silvia was nice enough to go back and explain. And now me and my dog Lucky are back on the road.

    Poor Customer service! If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would’ve. That customer service representative by the name of “Isabel” literally hung up in my face because all I asked was for her to stay on the phone until her associate “Silvia” Sends my Declaration and Identification documents. “Silvia” sent documents from my previous insurance policy that was once no more and when I noticed that i immediately informed “Isabel” over the phone and she said that “Silvia” will resend the proper information which led to me requesting her to just wait until I receive my proper documents necessary but then again she refused and just maliciously hung up in my face. Insurance Navy need to find better associates or stop selling insurance because that service was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily rude.

    Highly recommend!! I went into this location and got exceptional customer service!! Silvia was able to help me out and explained all my questions throughly and worked with me to get the best policy possible for what I was looking for.     Great customer service, i’ve never had any issues with changing or updating my policy. They’re fast paced and make sure to get everything done thoroughly and in a timely matter. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family. Silvia L is always a great help whenever I need anything! She’s very helpful even if I feel as if i’m annoying her asking for documents to be emailed to me, she’s always glad to help!

    I spoke to Khadija and Mohammad who were both very helpful with explaining my options, straight forward, and overall, great people. Took care of me all through one phone call and their prices managed to beat any other quote I have gotten. Highly recommended.
