    The customer service experience was quite frustrating. We patiently waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes, but unfortunately, no one from the staff approached us or even acknowledged our presence, even when we drove up to the window. It left us feeling a bit let down and perplexed!

    Stay the hell away from this place. Can't get an order right. Can't replace it without argument and employees are ignorant as they come. Why would I continue to pay for the wrong order? And then start a whole argument with my husband over it. He called and told them they messed up and we will not continue to pay for messed up stuff. They offered a free breakfast sandwich. He got there and they said no they can't do that. Trash. Corporate was called. This place needs to be shut down!!!

    It shouldn’t take me 30+ minutes to go through the drive thru at 10 at night during a weekday. I noticed once an order is taken, the next car waits a long time until it’s their turn. When I arrived at the window, it seemed there was only one, very overworked employee, all alone. SHAME on management/owners of this store. This location is pretty busy and active with the restaurants open late all around. This man shouldn’t be working alone. And to the poor employee, find you a better job honey. Thank you for my drink, it was honestly delicious and people usually mess it up. Again, don’t slave yourself for a job that treats you like that.

    Staff have always been nice to me, and they often know what I want as soon as I walk in the door. This makes things alot easier on my anxiety that I don't always have to speak 💕 they are definitely my comfort Dunkin place so I always walk there.

    Well Happy Thanksgiving everyone hopefully everyone is enjoying there day. If I had a chance to leave a review without having to rate it I would. This Dunkin’ Donut doesn’t even deserve the 1 star that I gave them. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and to my surprise when I made it home and took a few bites I found a long piece of black hair in my sandwich. Now I know it’s against the law to be working in the fast food industry without a hair net and hat on your head if you have long hair. So why is it when I called the establishment a few times I don’t get an answer? Well since they didn’t answer this was my final result because I surely didn’t have time to go back there and complain. So yes a negative review is what I gave them. I advise everyone to check their food before they leave any fast food industry so they can rectify the problem before they make it home and be upset.

    The guy taking my order took forever and didn’t taste good, I went during the late night and his hygiene made me want to turn around. he was disrespectful and didn’t listen to how I wanted my drink. He added extra whipped cream when I asked for none. He always takes forever and there’s always a line when I come to drive thru.

    Very unprofessional drive up service Asked for frozen coffee to be easy on the ice was told cannot do it ......I go to the other Dunkin in Hickory hills and they can do it .....I had a bad experience here before too so I do not come here I guess you have lost a customer never again. Two people were talking to me at the same time arguing very unprofessional Will not recommend this place to anyone

    I saw a rat scamper around the corner of the building, right next to the entrance door. I got repulsed but my order was already placed. It's sad because I have visited this 24/7 servicing location dozens of times and now I am skeptical of the cleanliness. I should have known in the past way before I witnessed a rodent, because just looking inside from the drive thru window, you can tell this small location is a mess and not the most hygienic. I am usually out late for work and social purposes, so I like late-night spots, but now I am concerned as I have to go out of my way to find another place.

    I go there at 103rd place . Sara is just awesome - best caramel capaccino blast around this area - She is so friendly , professional and cheerful and great customer service . Glad to see her always for her outstanding service

    I’d give more stars if possible! The only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to where the cold brew tastes like actual cold brew and not watered down or like it’s been sitting in the fridge for the last 5 days. And they genuinely smile at you.

    All locations share the same issue, I can smell an taste the oven cleaner on my toast or bagel. So I'm out $ an still hungry. Service an staff are friendly, but if food is inedible, then why continue to go?

    Most** of the employees are kind, courteous and serve the customers very well. I wanted to mention what I assume is in issue, If I asked for my receipt it is not to come back an complain as I mentioned I am served well. But I have nothing to do with why other common customers come back to complain with receipts. At times I go out of my way to another Dunkin to not be questioned as to why I want my receipt. I try to be kind to the the staff as they do prepare my orders promptly.

    Ahmad is the absolute best. He’s incredibly patient and a very good listener. He also makes it fun to come to this location. He has a great sense of humor and makes the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. Thank you Ahmad! There are many Dunkin locations nearby but I choose to come here. People like Ahmad make it worth the visit. He’s a keeper. Thanks Ahmad

    They can't even fill up a god damn beverage. Typical Dunkin', what a filthy corporation..no wonder it's looked down upon. Dunkin is like the McDonald's of fast food donuts and coffee.

    I went through a drive-thru I ordered a small coffee black got to the window he gave me a iced coffee I mentioned excuse I wanted hot coffee he had a very bad attitude he said he asked me at the drive-thru if I wanted cold I said no hot but I couldn't understand them he got mad because of that so I canceled order left

    I understand they maybe under staffed but toook way way to long to order 1 cup of coffee. They have one guy running the show on the busiest street. Amigo in there is cool but its all about convenience.

    This is my regular dunkin that I visit every day. It’s my favorite. Past 3 times I visited, at about 5pm the staff tells me they are “out of coldbrew for the day”, both regular and sunrise blend. I’m leaving this review for the owner as I feel he might be unaware of his staff getting everything ready ahead of time to bail out the door short changing and sabotaging his profits.

    This is the DD I usually go to in this area. Staff is always nice and my coffee tastes good most of the time. They used to struggle with the cook on their breakfast items for a while but it definitely has been better recently. If you put in a complaint the manager is good at getting back to you, apologizing, and offering you free food in the future to make up for it. Also is a convenient location.
