I had high hopes for this Dunkin, previously have worked at a very very clean and well managed Dunkin so my standards were high but being clean is the BARE MINIMUM. I walked in and the kitchen/ coffee area smelled like sweat and mold!! I am not exaggerating. I then was informed that they do not change the tea, iced coffees, or cold brew bags or even dispose of it at the end of the night, which is extremely disgusting and dangerous especially since those bags are only good for max 24 hours. I understand being frugal but this is extremely hazardous and unfair to the customers. The reason why most of the complaints are that their bagels and croissants are hard as rocks is because they do not dispose of them regularly they use the same ones that have sitting in a bin. I cannot see past any of these things beware of this Dunkin.

App is a scam, Ordered for pickup, sold me something they didn't have. Asked to credit back to my app balance, told me I cad to call corporate for that ...... not them doing the work ..... me ..... which after 45 minutes I figured they needed the money more than me and just hung up. Score another freebie for the corporate machine.

This dunkin somehow is so much better than every other one i have been too. Food is cooked perfectly… not too rubbery or over done. Never has a fast food chain had such superior food than their other branches and on a very consistant basis

I’ve always paid for cold foam online and then they never have it and never explain why?

I stopped in here in between football games, the kid who took my order wasn’t even listening to my order. He charged me for the wrong product, I corrected if him after I paid, realizing he over charged and rang up the wrong product. My order was a medium pumpkin iced coffee which tasted like water! I will never return to this Dunkin. Terrible customer service!

So I originally left a one star review but today I went back to give them another chance and MUCH MUCH BETTER! I asked for the oatmilk to come from the original container due to my allergy to dairy milk. They were all so very nice! Spoke with the manager and thanked her for having a great and understanding staff!

service if I could say it as 0 I would have. I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagles asked for a manager and she was very rude and didn't even apologize. 5 people that came after me got their food first. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

This Dunkin is so hit or miss. You guys HAVE to do a better job. Every coffee needs to be made the same. My coffee is always missing something. Whether it’s cream or the swirl.
