Jasmine was absolutely amazing. I went in with waist length hair and asked for above shoulder cut. She did it in stages and made sure I was comfortable with it.

I always receive a perfect cut every time I go here. Never had any kind of issue with them shaving my head with a #2. I always look and feel good when I leave. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming and appreciate the business but on occasion you get someone that really is not all that friendly. The prices are right and the store is always well kept.

Hoping this gets the manager’s attention I am a former 20 year customer at your locationbut I came in today, they were busy told me come back in 30 min it was 4:48 and I know people working as employees dl t care about the customer they told me were closing in 10 minutes and wouldn’t keep my appointment, so I’m now headed to great clips in palos heights and unless I get a sincere apology and a coupon the great clips store in p heights has me as a regular customer now

Good cut, price is great, but walk in customers are put in front of online customers so your 40 minute wait time may change into 1.5 hours. Was in car waiting in line digital checked in and watched them ad 5 walk ins in front of me... Moral of story don't bother with online reservations they know how to take them, but they don't know how to hold them.

I have been getting my haircut by Lianne for 3 yrs now she is the best always a perfect cut that I consistently get compliments and people can't believe I go to great clips ...got my husband to go for the first time and he sorry he didn't go sooner ...because yesterday was our last time we are moving ...I wish I could pack Lianne and take her with me ....So if you have any hesitation about Great Clips go see her she won't disappoint
