Hotel Staff is good and cooperating. But the rooms are not cleaned properly especially at corners and near furnitures. Even the towels provided to me were not clean. Food is average. I was told by a staff that mini bar is complimentary but I was charged for it at the time of check out. Staffs need to be aware of what is complimentary and what is not. Lift is so small and compact that not more than two adults can accommodate into it. Rest all is good. Service is also very good.

It's a old hotel not so spacious rooms... despite of every little thing is available in the room .... situated on a good location with 500m distance from railway station. Which is helpful for business trips...

There is no Parking but it's shown that it has parking.

Nice place to stay near railway station but rooms and bathrooms are very small no extra space available food is good in it's own restaurant saffron which I like most.

Hotel is good but not maintained well. Staff are suffering from eye flu during my stay and given service to customers. Hotel situated in main market.

Booked for 1night but my experience is not good..lots of issues faced no water in washroom taps...untidy washrooms in all rooms ,no shower option. They will provide you window AC which is 7-8 yr old model. Also they will ask you for money if you use fridge items and snack which is conplimentary. Most Important : They will take some diposit amount while booking Room🤣🤣 Solution: You will get good option near by this hotel. Do not book this hotels all of them are uneducated even they don't bother if you face any issue.. they just want money thats it.

Worrest hotel of town. Room was very dirty. Dust on floor, hair on bad sheet and pillows. Bathroom is full of dirt. Very small room without any window. After 1-2 hour I feel suffocation. Tile of floor are damaged. The come to clean room after my call. The are giving useless aesques about it. No hot water, no shower only 2 tab of tank water in bathroom. I booked room with breakfast, they refused for that. I never suggest any one this hotel.

It's located 5 mins away from the local railway station. Local transport is readily available. Service is good. The rooms are a bit small and the linen condition could be better. Same goes for the bathrooms. Overall, it's better suited for a value-for-money overnight stay.

A three star hotel so rating is also three star I just checked in at night and was out next morning

Pathetic behaviour of owners. It looks like they have monopoly in this area and hence they just don't need family customers. They are happy with bus passengers and local drivers who stop there. They don't serve food in room. They let us go on this term even after giving us the room. TV non operational.

Reception boys are found in very attitude and in aggressive manner. They dont listen to understand, they only reacts without understanding the things. I hope the will gonna improve their begaviour
