Hotel is good but don't use Oyo booking for rooms, go directly. I called to hotel for booking but call transferred to oyo and they offered me the room at 914/- & I paid 145 in advance but when I reached to hotel they were showing me remaining 1300/-, It was a scam. So I suggest please go directly they will provide better rates than Oyo.

If you book rooms from Agoda you will regret because amit palace doesn't update their current room status they had already booked the rooms for someone's wedding then why did they accept my booking but then they provide us room because of Agoda care

I love it here the atmosphere is so amazing. Rooms are pretty good. Also the service is fast🤍 the location is soo good.

Worst experience ever. 1. First they have their own lunch ordering timings. Which means they begin taking orders from 2 pm for lunch. Having a kid and senior citizen with us, we could not wait that long. So we had to order food from zomato. 2. When they saw that the food is not ordered from their hotel, they began charging us for cutlery. Who does that? 3. When we lost card keys and requested another one, which is free in every other hotel, they imposed 200 rupees for that too. 4. The whole experience seemed like they were just interested in minting money without giving a proper customer experience. 5. Everyday we had to call for cleaning and even fresh pieces of towels. To sum up, the hotel just looks beautiful but lacks the beauty of giving pleasant customer experience. The worst hotel I ever saw despite being a an international hospitality trainer.

1. Pest control has to be done on Priority 2. Staff needs to be trained for being courteous. 3. Food service time needs to be reduced from 70/80 mins to atleast 30/40 mins if not lesser

Not a good place to stay. Absolutely unhygienic and bad place to stay. Not maintained at all. Room sofa was having fungus and was soiled. Room lights were not sufficient at all. Washrooms fittings and cleanliness not maintained. Some photos attached for reference. I would certainly not recommend this place to stay with family.

Located in the main road of Bhilwara this is one of the best hotels in there. Only issue I faced was they had overtaken the booking in OYO. So whenever you're booking kindly call and confirm. The reception staff at the hotel was really nice and helped us to accomodate. But it's a sincere request to the hotel management to stop taking overbookings as it concerns the travellers.

We had a late check in and thus a smaller room was allotted to us compared to the booking. Further they allow smoking in the room thus the choice was limited. Further cleaning of the lift and toilets is not done regularly and hotel needs to do lot of work in this area. Location is good.

The worst hotel ever for family. It is a bar in the town, Skip this , stay in dormitory instead. Reception gave 3 rooms for family at 10:30 PM on 1st floor. After 11:30PM realized on same floor 5-6 rooms were given to 15-20 men who were smoking and drinking heavily with loud music and unmanageable, who were were fighting in the corridors till early 2AM. The hotel extension was not working, didn`t dare to go to reception and complain due to family security issue.

The view is great from every room I had been in very cold with gallery 304,305,306 and very warm without gallery comparatively 313. The room is very clean and well furnished, bathrooms are clean as well. The Hotel is good for business trips and couple.

Capital O hotel is a very good place to stay in bhilwara.rooms are very clean and big.good location and has a good parking facility.staff is very polite and helpful.i forgot my charger in hotel but they send me it by courier.

Very nice. Hotel staff, owner are very very cooperative. It is realy stay like home. Food quality was also excellent.
