Less selection than your typical Caravan Fresh. A lot of the items seem as though they have been in the cabinet for a long time. We saw flies inside the display cabinets with the food and a cockroach on the floor. Very disgusting and doesn't exactly give you an appetite. I'd recommend going elsewhere until they can greatly raise their standards.

Smells Bad like burning oil, the cleaning is poor. Floor is full of crumbs. The staff are having fun while not attending to the customers. Honestly needs alot of attending to.

I’m on holiday here for 14 days and have breakfast here almost daily, great food quality, unbeatable service and great looking interior not to mention very reasonable prices, well run outfit, give it a try!

The staff were careless when serving the food. Specially, the pizza and the roll they served was cold. As i ask for a another roll they take the tongs and drop it on to the plate.

I odered Mango Choco chip cake and it is one of the best cakes I have ever had. Caravan cakes are rich in quality and taste. Excited to try more flavours. One thing I must say, Caravan fresh bakers are million times better than Fab. Fab cakes are terrible and icing is really bad. Caravan is the place for cakes. 10/10

Nawala caravan is the worst when it comes to delivery times. This is the second time where a 15min wait time has taken over an hour. Done with this place

They are not updating in Uber eats when the food items are finished after we order and pay they call and inform us the food which is ordered isn't available. Even though the replacement food is less than in prices from what I've ordered, they didn't return the balance amount. When I ask about the balance they are arguing and asked me to place another order to take the balance. Very bad service in Caravan fresh Nawala.

I bought some short eats but those were cold but they were turned on lights in glass cabinet not heater. They want to save money by turn off the heater from glass cabinets and give customers cold foods. If you guys buying from this place check your foods are warm.
