As the name suggests this is a restaurant with an urbanized concept. Unique decorations and paintings enhance the attractiveness of this place. You can dine in either upstairs or downstairs. Food was tasty but slightly overpriced. Not satisfied about the portion sizes too. Average delivery time. Have to mention about the excellent and friendly staff service. The steward who served us was really attentive and gave good recommendations. Flies were a huge problem when dining there. The place was not air conditioned as well. Limited parking spaces are available.

Food is mouthwatering and eye catching as well. Building was constructed giving a natural vibe and the place is nature friendly. Staff was really friendly and helpful as well. Portion is too much for two people though. It is good for the customer. Yet it will be a waste if we have to throw away the leftovers.

Really Disappointed about this place. Visited with couple friends and had some Ice Tea worth of Rs.660.00 ,Even that was terrible. However after couple of minutes the Manager came and demanded us to order food while we were still having the ice tea, When we refuse he wanted us to vacate the place immediately. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!!!

Though we ordered the reasonable amounts still they wanted to kick us out bz we didnt order dinner..We were badly treated by the old person who may be the manager...really dissapointed ..

My friends and I decided to try this place out today for the first time. We loved the ambience and the decorations. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience in terms of service, as someone from the management asked us to vacate the place for occupying a table, despite having ordered from their menu and continuing to consume it. Clearly, good customer service isn't to be expected from these people!

Great place to chill. Prices are in posh range. Most beautiful at night because of their lighting design. Food is also with good taste and good portion.

Definitely an amazing place for food. The ambiance is also 👌. Service was great and the music was also perfect. Their lime juice is to die for and very refreshing. Only reason for 4 stars is that it was raining the day we were there and the whole dine in area was getting flooded.

Food was good and came out quickly. There were a few things unavailable on their menu, but that may have been based on the day. Customer service was excellent, the manager made sure all of our needs were met and gave recommendations on dessert and drinks.

Of course this place is a very beautiful place. And a very different experience because we were able to experience the fullness of everything here. I recently had the pleasure of trying Urban Elephants' Urban Deluxe Pizza, and it was simply outstanding! The pizza was crafted with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Had a mixed fried rice. Very delicious and clean. Taste was perfect. Not only that their special lime juice was also marvelous. Serve water in a unique way in a water bottle with it’s own seal. Only costs 650 for the mixed fried rice which was sufficient for two persons. Customer care was very good. They serve with care and kind words. The place was extra ordinary. Very beautiful and romantic. Very nice place with a nice concept with decorated walls. The place had bricks, wood pallets and nice pictures hanging on the walls. Space enough for Dining in for about 20 people. Parking space enough for two vehicles and 2-3 bikes. Overall highly recommended 😍

Eventhough UberEats is not available from my home, they did delivery for us and the Pizzas (hot and spicy, chicken and mushroom) were more than what we expected and totally worth the price of 1999/=!!! Would surely order again ❤. The spiciness and cheesiness were perfectly balanced 😌 10/10 would recommend!.

Ambience is relaxing, can recommend about the quality of the food. Enjoyed the garlic bread and pork curry with dhal. It was spot on. If there were bit more of pork would have been awesome. Parking for the vehicles will be bit challenging. Pizza is also delicious, stewards are also helpful when placing the order.

The food here is really really good. This is honestly my go-to place when I’m ordering food. The staff is friendly, the food gets delivered within 30-40 mins of ordering. If you’re ordering for delivery, don’t go through Uber or PickMe as it’s more expensive. Just call them up and ask them to deliver. It’s more worth it that way. If you’re having your meals there, try go slightly early or call them up and ask about space before you go as the place tends to fill up quickly especially on weekends. We got the food within 20 mins when on premises every time we went there and the service was extremely good. Highly recommended.

The food is good. But the biggest issue and most annoying thing is the staff. They don't have any professional attitudes or anything. They are just on their phones doing their stuff and don't care about giving a quality service. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for just a simple order. Just replace your staff or teach them good work ethics. 2 stars only for the food and for nothing else.

The atmosphere and the place was so great and vibing. We brought a chicken kottu its comes with a separate chicken dish it was great and negative is the kottu potion is bit less. Service is good but the guy who help with our oder was so hurry to bill and clear all up there didn't let us to breath a little after meals they didn't had much dine in customers as well.

This place has a calm ambience. Interior design is very unique with the wooden tables and stools, lights and plant wall decos. We ordered mixed noodles and a narang drink along with juggery pudding. Didn't take much time to serve. The noodles was tasty. But I didn't like the fact that they used prima kind of noodles. Portion size was good and was enogh for two people.The drink was just wow 😍. The best thing I noticed was that they don't use plastic bottles to serve the drinks. Not even for water. Water came in a nice glass botte. The pudding was also delicious. Customer service was good. The uncle who served us was very friendly and helped us with explaining the menu. Not so expensive also. Worth the money.

One of the best restaurant around in Moratuwa. The most loved restaurant for me. Their menu is quite simple, but much cover. You can choose a carb, protein or two of your choice, and then your vegetables. Also, there are add-ons like eggs and cheese with a few soups. When it comes to drinks, they have you covered with iced tea and fresh juice. Their food is great. You can have a tasty Chinese & Sri Lankan meal here. There have enough dining space and parking available. You get good value for money you pay. Good place to take group of friends for dining. We were little bit worried about the dessert options and specially for not having Vanilla ice cream and cashew nuts with chocolate source topping, which we used to eat at this place. They have a small area near the counter for you to enjoy a light meal. In terms of service, the staff was very helpful. What food should go well with each other, we were instructed to go on and the amount of shares. Food arrived within 20 minutes and, when it considers that it is made fresh for each order right. They did not forget to check us in order to ensure that everything is in order.

Wow,wow,wow!!! We were truly humbled by the hospitality of (especially) Mr. Dekker and all the staff. We missed the normal open hours and went to the doors of UE for lunch. We were Informed at the takeaway booth that it was closed for food. Then, just as we were turning away came Mr. Dekker with a smile and the staff quickly rallied around and provided us with a wonderful meal just for us. We really enjoyed the meal and the very tasty fruit drinks. The place looks very beautiful and from what I could picture in my mind the atmosphere must be vibrant when filled. There was beautiful music playing and Mr Dekker definitely knew his music and has a few tunes in his heart. God bless the wonderful people at UE and we would surely recommend to many and will go back many, many times in future as well. UE wish U all a prosperous year.

One of the best take-away restaurants I have dined around Moratuwa area. -The food is just so~ good. And also, the atmosphere is simple, yet elegant. -From the background music to the wall decor, it's all well thought out to give the best experience. All-in-all, loved it! -And 10/10 would dine there again, given the chance.

The Urban Special rice was not what I expected but it was eatable! Room for improvement.
