I
think
you
should
read
carefully
and
think
twice
before
coming
to
the
hotel.
our
first
impression
was
an
amazing
hotel.
it
looked
beautiful
a
lot
of
details
and
very
stylish.
it
was
only
a
picture...
it's
amazing
how
they
ruin
our
first
impression.
on
the
same
night,
we
came.
please
keep
in
mind
it
is
five
stars
hotel,
which
costs
as
5
stars
hotel,
and:
(1)
bathroom.
there
is
no
ventilation
in
the
bathroom
at
all.
only
a
ceiling
fan,
that
kind
using
in
Asia.
So
it
was
difficult
to
breathe,
and
it
was
a
big
question
of
sanitation
as
well;
(2)
there
was
only
one
robe
in
the
room
for
two
people.
and
both
slippers
had
a
size
of
38
only,
while
I
have
43.
very
uncomfortable.
(3)
restaurant.
I
was
surprised
they
asking
us
to
preorder
the
food
before
coming
to
the
restaurant.
but
after
we
came
to
have
dinner
it
was
clear
they
are
not
cooking,
they
just
bring
the
food
from
another
place.
food
delivery
service.
they
served
it
cold
to
us
and
the
food
quality
was
the
second
rate.
even
street
food
in
Sri
Lanka
has
a
better
taste.
We
ordered
two
glasses
of
different
red
wines.
they
brought
it
chilled...
hmmm..
ok.
I
asked
to
bring
another
with
a
regular
temperature.
after
the
first
drink,
I
reduced
to
drink
more
because
it
was
very
cheap
in
both
glasses.
To
be
a
more
clear
glass
of
wine
in
this
place
costs
around
USD
10
and
every
meal
costs
us
approximately
USD
20.
it
was
our
5th
day
on
Sri
Lanka
and
we
had
very
delicious
dinners
in
two
other
5-star
hotels
for
USD
30-50
for
two
persons
including
drinks.
(4)
reception.
it
works
up-to
10
pm
as
it
is
written
onto
the
notice
in
our
room.
Does
it
suites
to
a
5-star
hotel?
I
don't
think
so.
By
the
way,
after
our
check-in
at
7.30
pm,
I'd
never
seen
anyone
at
the
reception
desk.
(5)
bed.
we
were
badly
surprised
there
wasn't
any
blanked
not
only
on
the
bad
but
in
the
room
at
all.
while
nobody
at
reception
to
ask
to
bring
us
one.
the
building
was
locked.
I
explored
how
to
get
out
and
found
one
person
from
the
staff.
He
told
me
that
they
serve
with
a
blanket
only
by
request!
but
he
promised
me
to
find
one.
and
it
looks
he
exactly
found
it,
he
brought
unfilled
blanked
which
had
the
form
of
the
crumpled
ball.
(6)
wifi.
yes,
it
exists.
but
even
situated
in
the
main
building
you
have
only
one
stick.
(7)
location.
it
locates
in
a
very
strange
place
it
was
hardly
found
by
local
drivers.
it
is
rail-road
right
3
meters
opposite
the
hotel's
gate.
So,
you
can
hear
how
rail-road
sounds
from
time
to
time
inside
the
hotel.
Finally,
we
were
very
upset
and
decided
to
left
this
place
the
next
morning
in
spite
of
we
had
a
non-refundable
rate.
We
were
upset
when
we
met
hotel's
owner
right
before
our
departure,
but
it
explains
us
a
lot.
The
owner
was
rude
and
told
us
that
it
is
not
5*
hotel,
but
'boutique',
whatever
it
means.
We
relocated
to
a
real
5*
hotel.
We
paid
same
money
but
got
true
5*
service,
blanket
in
the
room
by
default,
delicious
food
and
fine
vine,
with
kindest
respect
to
us
as
guests.
And
had
a
lot
of
pleasure
visiting
this
amazing
country.
Happy
end.
