After sales service expectations are not met, and they are not capable delivering what they promise. Delivering items takes days, unless you get it sorted from your own transport. Product knowledge on installation is nil and they come up with various reasons when service team does not arrive on the promised date for installation. Manager Thameesha is a very nice and helpful person and other staff seems to be very lethargic and does not assist customer. Except for this manager person others will not take the iniative of helping the customer to even uplift package to the transport.

There was a female cashier who was really thorough with products and offers available. She was also very customer oriented. In fact, the sales person who served me was not at all bothered to ensure a sale. So, 5 Stars to that Cashier Girl only. My opinion of the others is very reserved. The In charge maybe impressing the management with numbers, but his service/knowledge of offers etc., was not impressive. He is probably riding another person's wave. Overall, the experience was poor. Highly recommend visiting the Softlogic Showroom @ K-Zone, Katubedda. The experience will be wholesome.

Very bad customer service and after sales service . Since last one month follow up with them for the Panasonic AC repair/ service which was purchased from them. When calling each time note as a new case but nothing happened.
