The outlet was not crowded due to travel restrictions. However I noticed that still the team put an effort to keep the place clean with a welcoming outlook. The sales team was supportive. They seemed interested about the business as well as the customer experience. The service could be more personalised, hence giving 4 🌟

Damro is a world renowned brand. Katubedda store is a very upscale premises with all the signature appliances furniture and amenities. It's located next to kzone and in front of the De zoysa cricket stadium. Damro is reputed for the great customer service and the store lives up to the expectations. The staff is friendly and supportive. It's all in one store so if you are looking for housing and office appliances and furniture this is the spot to be.

Today, I was really disappointed that DAMRO nitambuwa factory has sent me a very low quality product.. (modular wardrobe) I will not recommend this for anyone who read this...

Very poor customer service. When to buy a washing machine and was told they were out of stock rn and would check from other showrooms and let us now. We stayed there for about 30 mins where they would give us looks and giggle and wait so we just left the place. Idiots

Extremely bad customer service! We had to wait for ages to get our order and we had to continuously follow up! WORST EVER EXPERIENCE in my life! From the branch manager Hasitha and the entire team should know how to handle customers and keep business! With these kind of staff, Damro will never go success EVER!

All the things you need for your house in one place. At affordable prices with a vast collection of items from kitchen utensils to furniture. One negative and time wasting experience where I ordered a furniture item which took more than 4 months to deliver after so many calls and then delivered the wrong color. Apparently they don't make it whenever they feels but it available online though. After redelivery of the corect color it's still the same. These people are colorblind because they can't tell the difference between black and brown. My advice is don't go here and don't trust their website. If furniture available in front of your eyes then buy it or else don't. Once you pay they don't like to refund. They'll give thousand excuses. I've worked in this field and I know what they doing but these people need to learn to provide a better service.

Very spacious shop, nicely arranged with wide variety of products at reasonable prices, conveniently located, basement parking for limited number of vehicles. I billed a product at store and picked up from warehouse at Templers Road, Mount Lavinia.

Superb after sales service. Highly recommended for furniture. Had a small issue in a bed I bought (scratched leather ) There was no fuzz or making 100s of calls back and forth to get it fixed. They simply replaced the entire bed even with the current situation in country, when they could have easily taken and repaired but an excellent customer centered solution given, building more trust in their products. The staff were very dedicated as they came and replaced the bed without minding the heavy rainfall. Hats off! Hope other companies could learn from this. This is exactly how you build a trusty brand.
