The place is quite big. Nice surrounding. Can walk on the beach. It's nice when it comes to sunset. Have upstairs also. Liquor available. You can bring bottles from the outside also. But have to pay cocage. The meal is tasty. The only bad thing about this is customer service is poor.

Had a really bad experience there, the food took too long to prepare, and even then the food tasted awful and the presentation was even worse. The prices maybe cheap but they charge service charges to match that. And the staff don't even follow COVID 19 Precautions. Half of the staff didn't even masks when serving our food. The staff were arrogant big headed people who wouldn't reason. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies. This place is a disgrace to Panadura even.

I rarely say something like this to place to a restaurant. THE FOOD WAS BAD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ZERO. And the audacity of the waiters is something that you can't handle. Just because I couldn't pronounce a dish in Sinhala the waiter laughed at me. And then even he brought the wrong dish after I specifically showed him the dish in the menu. And I even found a piece of hair in that dish, after I showed it to the waiter he just removed it from my plate and went away didn't even give me a refund. And even after that the room charges were outrageously exaggerated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NAVRO TO ANYONE. THIS SO CALL SEA FOOD RESTAURANT GIVES A BAD NAME FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY SRI LANKA. I HOPE THEY TEAR THIS RESTAURANT DOWN.

It has a nice view of the beach. A bit crowded most of the time. Food is great and have big portions. Ample parking spaces too. But the washroom is a bit bad. Looks like a public washroom.

It would be nice if the service was made a little more efficient. There is no shortage of food. However, there is a well-diversified menu. The soup was wonderful, ice water was provided before the rice and other things were served, which was much appreciated. I chose the chocolate mousse for dessert, it was so delicious.

Usually we visit this place often. As it is located near the beach the atmosphere is good with the sea view. Food also was good. Good for having a beer while spending time. Sometimes the fresh juices aren't available.

Never order any kind of food rather than mixed seafood fried rice. All the other types taste like same.Actually tasteless. (Watery taste) I ordered "sea food marinara" seafood and creamy pasta and a chopsy sea food fried rice, both were really bad.Pasta dish was like boiled pasta soaked in a creamy sauce. We had to request & long wait for fresh water & tissues.

Worst of all. Beautiful place but the service is terrific. Cutlery and plates didn't see water for months. Washrooms didn't clean and very uncomfortable. Worst place that I have ever been.

WON'T recommend this place at all! Came here on a recommendation of a friend. We ordered Chinese Chicken & Egg Drop Soup, one Mixed Sea Food Fried Rice and one Thai Chicken Rice. But instead of Thai Chicken Rice, they served a Thai SeaFood Rice. We were waiting for like 25 minutes after finishing our soup. We didn't re-order the above mentioned dish because we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes more. In the Tomato Sauce, there were several ants floating🤦🏻‍♂️. (I have taken a photo but won't post it) Even though we did call and show it to the waiter, he didn't even apologize. He just went back to kitchen and refilled the cup. We ordered some sodas as our beverages but waiter couldn't remember it even after we payed the bill. Gents washroom hasn't cleaned in ages. We were totally disappointed. Will NOT RECOMMEND for anyone.

Nice place by the beach. Unfortunately food was not that great. It tastes like old rice we get. I went to this place after a recommendation, but I won't recommend this place for just for food. Heard there are some other exciting things such as a Calypso band, since I went on a poya day(10th September 2022) for a lunch it wasn't available. Even though the food wasn't great, customer service was good. There were some friendly staff members. Ample parking available in front of the restaurant.

They used to be having good food for long time. With the latest experience I had with them is kind of bad. Do not go there on weekend or holidays where it is crowded. They dont think about the quality of food just serving as soon as possible. Ultimately we got refund for some dishes where they have not prepared well. Location is good. Don't go here with your family or children. People smoke everywhere and when complaining it to the manager he said to go to the VIP room to take lunch.If anyone wants to smoke or having drinks they must go to a smoking room or smoking area not the regular customers. Lovely place surrounded by the Panadura beach. Food is amazing quality. I used to come here many times and most of the time I ordered Navro mixed fried rice. They have never dissapointed me! Each and every day I ordered that, the quality was never been dropped. Regualr portion was completely enough for more than 1 person. May be enough for two(2) persons. It used to be the best place to go out for dinner in the area, but this is the first time I went after covid . The place is awful not kept well at all. The wash rooms are disgusting you can't even think of going in . The kitchen next to it is not of good hygiene either. Need to pull themselves up back to the previous standards.

We went there for lunch en route to Kalutara. The food was quite good and portion size was value for money. You get an amazing view of the sea and the beach. It seems it is a popular place among the locals as it was getting crowded on the day we visited. Must be an ideal place to enjoy food with the sunset.

Nice place to hangout at anytime of the day. There are variety of dishes to select.You can get a tasty dish for reasonable price.Evenings coloring by Calipso band with peaceful music. Almost the staff is cool and fast to deliver.With the beautiful view of beach you can enjoy the food the way you want.I visited there more than 7 times for now.

100% disappointment.The worst food ever provided.Mix chopsey had only a couple of small prawns and some chicken which was full of carrots.Battered cuttlefish was so bad that we hardly ate.They had used bunrnt oil which is tasteless.I never recommend Navro for any friend or business colleague. Spoilt the whole dinner time.
