Mr Selvam is a very nice and easy going person. the place is very clean and have a pool on the roof top. it's very easily accessible and have 24 hours security. you can come and go anytime you want. everyone here was very helpful and friendly. worth another visit and definitely staying here again.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom apartment. All the family members had privacy in the rooms and at the same time spent family time in the spacious hall. The apartment was clean and neat. Upon request, it was further cleaned when necessary. Restaurants and malls were within walking distance so meals was not an issue. There was a slight incident when the lift stopped working. The staff were very helpful in resolving this and took care of the people stuck in the lift. I would return to the apartment in my future visits.

Was on WhatsApp for 2-3 days talking with Mr Selvam about information and didn't get a proper response when I went to visit and check the place out for 7 couple friends coming soon to the country Mr Selvam who tells me apartments are available on WhatsApp suddenly tells me it's not and any of the 3-4 rooms aren't available and that I should take a 5 room and 2 room apartment even after I emphasize that attached toilets is a must he jokes about how I'm supposed to ask them to to use the common toilets even after I asked him to give me 3 and 4 bedrooms also prices are very different to what I got on WhatsApp after my visit 1 bedrooms changed from 7500 to 8000 5 bedrooms changed from 22500 to having an extra 1000 2000 per day for a week because Mr Selvam has cleaning concerns clearly not satisfied with Mr selvams various prices and availability of apartments I had to walk out because the price increments. He also asked me to come on the 15th saying he can't say anything about the availability of rooms and it's not possible when their websites clearly says 30% for booking. so I confused by Mr selvams behavior lodged a complaint to their website for someone higher up to reach out to me because Mr selvam was being unreasonable. Well shortly I get a call from mr selvam saying i will not be given any apartments and all there apartments are booked even though the place is ideal for us. Very bad customer service very bad attitude. Very disappointed.

I have stayed 7 nights in this apartment and glad to say everything was perfect and clean. Well mannered staff and security and privacy was 100% established . Special thank goes to Manger Mr.Selvam who is always kindly available to give a hand whenever we needed. Highly recommended. PS : They have a Backup power generator. So worth because of the situation now due to power failures in Sri Lanka.

This is an ideal place for renting an apartment for a short term. Let it be, the friends or family. We found the apartment to be very spacious, clean, and well maintained. They have different types of apartments depending on the need. Mr. Selvam who is the manager rendered us such a good service during our 15days' stay at Skycasa, checking out the things we need, holding up the street merchants, giving the contacts around mount lavinia to fulfill our basic needs at an ease. The area is full of good quality restaurants, super markets and other amenities. We are really glad we decided to stay here. Would love to visit another time.

It was so easy and pleasant to communicate with the manager Selvam on any issue from the first day, for us it was especially valuable.

My stay here was very nice, the stuff is just great and very helpful.when I needed to leave my luggage fir couple of weeks they easily agreed to it. The rooms have good internet and a kitchen area for those who like to cook. Upstairs is really beautiful swimming pool

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 weeks. The place is clean and very convenient. The view was beautiful, could see the beach the sun rise and sun set. I want to thank very especially Mr Selvam/Manager for his assistance. He was very helpful would go an extra mile to assist. He was patient and kind interacted well with us. I had a good time staying over a week in the apartment. The room was clean. The manager was very attentive, the security staff reassuring and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned even once during my stay. Apparently, I need to be around for that which I find quite inconvenient. There is also only one towel available, which was swapped on demand, but I could not have more than one at a time. I understand that the stay is self service, but I normally don't bring towels with me when I travel.

The place was awesome. The location is very convenient. Sufficient parking. Cozy room. Calm atmosphere. The room seemed almost soundproof. How water was hot enough. The view was quite relaxing. We enjoyed our 2-day stay. And the cost was much worth for the experience and feeling... Thank you Selvam for the great service and value added. I had the need suddenly at 10pm to go the next day and Selvam quickly responded to my online inquiry via a quick call and explained everything to me including the available facilities for different prices. They were even ready to receive us early the next morning! Now that is the service i usually never ever get from even the best hotels!!

We (Me & Wife) stayed in One bedroom apartment, and we both were so impressed with the quality of the apartment and the feeling of safety. It was so clean and had everything we expected. Covid safety precautions were taken properly and Value for money was more than expected. Shafran, who handled our booking and everything, made sure to take the extra mile to make our experience as comfy as possible. Even the security guards were friendlier. Totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a cozy stay in a convenient location near Colombo/Mt. Lavinia.

I was at a business meeting at an occupied apartment on 20th September 2021. The manager has come and disturbed several times. We were advice him, But he said that it is not allowed, visitors. Ordered like a police inspector to get out us. The time asked him the owner to conduct gave a visiting card of others. there is no feel privacy. Team behaviours were uneducated. The protection was not instructed to security for earlier block visitors,

Me and my husband had a nice stay at Skycasa Apartments. The place was clean and safe. We had all the necessary amenities to make our food and it was really convenient for us. They made sure to make our stay as great as possible. Selwam who was in-charge at the property was absolutely helpful and made sure to do everything possible to make our stay comfortable. One thing to note specifically is, my husband had forgotten his national ID card at the apartment when leaving to Kandy, and selwam himself made sure to courier it to us promptly. I was really impressed with how carefully he had packed the NIC in a small box. Overall, their service is great and customer friendly.
