I
am
criticizing
this
so
that
no
one
else
will
have
to
face
something
like
this
in
the
future.
As
a
businessman
in
the
hotel
industry,
I
make
this
statement
with
a
good
understanding
about
hotel
industry.These
people
may
have
escaped
by
doing
something
like
this
to
ordinary
people.
But
I
am
not
ready
to
give
up
the
injustice
easily.
on
14th
April,
I
made
a
booking
over
the
phone
for
a
double
room
for
the
date
of
15th
&
16th
April
as
full
board.
So
Yesterday,
(15th
April)
I
arrived
to
The
Villas
Wadduwa
at
1.30
p.m
with
my
wife,
son
and
daughter.
At
the
front
office
they
checked
the
details
and
confirmed
that
my
name
was
there
on
the
checking
list.
Then
they
asked
me
to
wait
for
a
while.
Since
I
took
full
board,
my
package
was
starting
with
the
lunch,
therefore
they
asked
us
to
have
the
lunch
until
they
clean
the
room.However,
we
are
not
satisfied
with
the
food
they
provided
since
it
was
really
bad
and
worthless.
After
the
lunch
we
came
back
to
get
our
room.
Then,that
time
they
changed
their
word
and
informed
me
that
they
can
only
give
us
a
normal
room
instead
of
which
I
have
reserved.
I
kindly
rejected
their
request
and
clearly
told
them
there
is
no
time
to
go
to
another
place
or
difficult
to
find
another
place
to
stay
due
to
Avurudu
Season.
There
were
so
many
guests
who
have
numerous
complaints,
standing
in
front
of
the
front
desk
at
the
same
time
I
tried
to
sort
this
out.
Simultaneously,
i
met
a
very
known
couple
and
they
also
came
to
make
a
complaint
to
the
management
regarding
the
room
service.
They
said
that,
room
services
were
told
so
many
times
to
change
the
linen
but
no
one
had
come
to
change
their
linen.
The
best
thing
is
it’s
been
two
days
since
they
checked
in.
So
it’s
confirmed
that
management
is
not
in
a
good
position.
Besides,have
no
proper
link
to
channel
management
system
for
room
reservation
and
mixed
up
everything.
This
left
me
and
my
family
without
a
place
to
spend
the
day.
At
the
end
of
the
day
when
I
was
turning
back
to
leave
the
hotel
premises,
I
was
given
a
bill
for
my
lunch.
No
matter
lunch
was
included
and
the
uncomfortable
situation
we
faced
with
the
babies
we
had
to
pay
the
bill
amount
of
Rs
8,000
either.
So
eventually,
I
settled
the
bill
and
came
back
to
my
home
since
half
of
the
day
was
gone
at
the
time
we
left
the
hotel.
They
ruined
the
holiday
with
my
family
and
wasted
our
time
and
money.
Think
wisely
before
you
select
this
useless
hotel
for
your
holiday
or
whatever
your
concern
is.
This
place
is
merely
useless
and
not
professional.
With
the
experience
we
had
here,
this
place
is
not
recommended
at
all.
