Great place for a weekend getaway in the Colombo suburbs. The water sports are the highlight of River Arc! Had an amazing experience here with my family and friends. Small functions or get-togethers of around 50 - 60 people can be comfortably accommodated here in my opinion. The rooms and the interior spaces are quite nicely done. I would recommend this overall hotel as a great place for a photoshoot as well..

We had our Friends get together and family get together at River Ark. It is a lovely place in every possible way. Staff was very friendly and went out of the way to provide all the needs to make our get togethers memorable. Food was great ,very clean and we had enough space to have a new year family festival. We all felt like it's a home away from home.we highly recommend River Arc. We definitely revisit to have a spend the day at River Ark. The scenery was amazing near the river and great for beautiful photos and it was very nice at night with lot of lights.

A significant peaceful location. The rooms were very clean , comfortable and spacious including all the facilities with new ammentities. Friendly caring and kind staff. The food was delicious . We enjoyed the time there so much. In total the hotel can be fully recommended 10/10❤️.

This place is ideal for parties and get together. It's a private property that has been converted into a small hotel and the reception hall. Staff is very friendly and well trained to handle customers very well and they made our function a very happy one for us.

Bad Experience! Lovely place with a gorgeous view, the rooms were great,. Although we had a great time there was one thing that made us disappointed at the end. Honestly speaking the manager was just trying to rip us off, which is very disappointing as me and my friends had a really great time there and the staff was very friendly and accommodating however our first impression was ruined and we were extremely disappointed by the scam. We called their manager (Mr.Dileepa 🤮) at first to discuss their room rates for 10px and we were given a reasonable rate for 4 rooms and that’s the rate we agreed upon, however we were shocked by the rates they had charged us just for the rooms at the end. I don’t know whether their room rates just went up overnight or wether we were given reasonable room rates at first over the phone just to get the business in. Anyhow this whole scam just ruined our impression and their image. I’m just writing this to make everyone aware of this so that people can make sure that they won’t get caught in this types of scams. Please make sure to double check your room rates before making any arrangements with the hotels as their rates just changes overnight (at least that’s what they did in our case)so confirm your room rates when you go in there to make sure you get charged the agreed upon rates. We understand that this a high-end luxury villa but it’s not fair to rip people off like this. Except for that part everything else was superb and I should mentioned that uncle Sunanda went out of his way to provide us with the best service,we appreciate that. 🙏 all in all we would rank the place 10/10 it’s just the manager needs to build his reputation as a trustworthy leader, otherwise it would tarnish the reputation of this great place. So please make sure you promote honesty in your business!!

We had a family/friends get together at Riverarc on my short visit to Sri Lanka last month. I think the hotel management has done a great job creating beautiful villa near the romantic Bolgoda Lake.They have done justice to this fascinating site. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were lavishly done.Surely they could beat most of the Five Stars in Colombo. I was particularly impressed with friendly staff who did everything for us to feel homely. I am planning a longer stay @ Riverarc next year.

River Arc is the best Villa area i have been to. All the rooms have a perfect view, some to the river/lake, others can go right outside on a grass area to look at the view of the garden. We went as a big group of a family and had different rooms. All of them were clean and comfortable. We even got an extra bed to our room, which the sweet staff installed for us. The pool was enjoyable too and very pretty at the night when the lights were on. The staff was the best! They were so nice and kind. They covered all of our needs and was always giving their best. They always asked us if we needed anything and even encouraged us to put some music on the speaker and gave us a mic to sing karaoke on, which our family really enjoyed. They even agreed to play games with mostly the kids. Now the food was on a whole other level. Their barbeque was so tasty, and we really enjoyed them making it outside in front of us while we sat at the table under the lights. They made our menu so good, worth the money. Thank you, River Arc, for an extraordinary experience and opportunity.

We had an incredible stay at River Arc! There are tonnes of things to but we especially enjoyed the Foosball Table and the Jetski! The Villa location is perfect for a quick weekend gateway or even a daycation which is exactly what we needed after a hectic week. The Villa was so beautiful and the suites were just lovely! We also loved that the pool. It overlooked the Bolgoda lake making it a great place to sit by the pool and have our evening Tea! The staff was exceptional. We loved the food, we would definitely recommend the Hot butter cuttlefish. It was just Yum!. It was the perfect place for a long overdue holiday with family and friends. Thank you River Arc and all staff. We will definitely be back again soon! 😍

Cleanness of all aspects premises, rooms, bathrooms, linen, etc. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, situated in close proximity to CMB. Delicious food with great service. Friendly staff. I would love to give this amazing place a 5 star but i give it a 3. The place is quite serene with good views. We had a great time with my friends for the 2 nights we stayed. The staff were friendly and the villa is clean. But we were disappointed by the food, especially the breakfast which was way below our expectation. The 1st day they served us runny eggs🤮 and didn't bother to ask how we like our eggs made ie (boiled, scrambled, well done) No salad or fruits were served as part of breakfast. Day 2 they Atleast made the eggs well done but again they didn't ask how we like our eggs, they served us stale lettuce and tomato as "salad". And tried to compensate with serving us more bread than we needed. 😂 In overall the food was not good as per our experience. Also the boats weren't functioning so we didn't get to do jet-ski and boat ride. So Nothing much to do apart from swimming. Having paid full amount for B&B and being the only people in the villa we expected better food service.However I would recommend the place as its a perfect get away and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and panadura beach.

The time period I spent at river arc with my family was awesome. We were able to make many memories with my family. I can never find such wonderful food which we had there and I’m truly grateful to receive such an amazing hospitality services which I’ve never experienced before. My teenagers were truly satisfied with all the entertaining facilities they’ve provided for us such as jet-skies, boat rides and all day long they enjoyed their time engaging in them, that they did not even wanted to leave the place as we go. The best thing about choosing this place as your temporary habitat is because it’s closer to the highway and closer to many of the shopping malls too. So I highly recommend this place to you’ll to stay during your trip to Sri Lanka as a person who’s received an amazing service from them.

Great location and rooms. The property was also very stunning. Staff were super friendly and had superb customer service. River Arc is definitely one of the best, if not the best place in Panadura. Definitely will be back again!
