It's most trusted brand but requests with senior management..please inform your local office staff little change attitude of customer friendly or humble of follow up - than I believe Thomas Cook get more Business GOA .( we felt bed experience recently - No proper information or follow up , No humble or respect for customers, ) Don't spoil customers

The door man/ security guard was a very pleasant, warm, respectful person. He greets you with an instant warm smile. I'm afraid it was down hill from there. The assistant manager Farah, a disgrace to Indian hospitality and customer service. Thomas Cook needs to educate her in customer relations. After all, she is the representative/ face of Thomas Cook. I will not recommend this place. Here is an example of her arrogance and rudeness. I thanked her - the assistant manager for her assistance, she replied by giving me the thumbs up. Just behind Thomas Cook is a little money exchange that values their customers. Quick service, literally 10% of the time it took at Thomas Cook, much better exchange rate too. The contrast is really shocking. Just goes to show how one person can ruin the reputation of a place

Worst tour of emami Ltd arranged by thomas cook.Hotel without lift,no cleanliness, Ac not working, poor unhygienic washroom.Dont book your tour with thomas cook .Although tour manager Chirag Katariya was good arranger.

It's no longer a travel agency but only a forex bureau. No plane or whatever tickets there. Is this business still a Thomas Cook branch.? This name is overly leading astray foreign travelers

Never trust Thomas crook India , you will fall in to problems , first they call you about your query ,send quotation , final when one wants to buy the forex ,they just vanish ...so always do some research ,can even get better rates ... and if you relie on them and do your planning you will suffer a lot.

There are listed visa agent for Singapore. But, Goa office can only do visa if you buy tour package, can’t only process visa. Looks like upselling. If you can process visa when buying package from Goa office then you should be able to do just Visa.
