I am tired of following up on my glasses which I haven’t received even after a month.I was very confidently told 5-6 days.Store isn’t answering call and so is the customer service..it’s a nightmare experience and the last one. It’s feels like some fraud running away with your money and later is not reachable..Goof job Lenskart.I had a good experience with ordering my daughter’s glasses and that’s why I ordered mine.Congratulations you have lost one customer with the way you handle things.Worst experience

I'm extremely happy that I chose Lenskart, I have gold membership in the app, so I visited the Branch, I met Mr. Amit, the staff, he was extremely nice, helpful and friendly, he did my eye test in no time, helped me to choose the best frame suitable for my face, and got my specs in just 2 days! Store clean, multiple options, smooth eye test. No restroom, denies the offers like free anti fog spray that they send you a code and message for, but ask you to pay for it at the store which makes no sense . Nice frames but way expensive. Offers not that great. Delivers to the address. Overall good.
