I stayed at La Isabela during apparently one of their busier times and all their suites were booked, however I felt such care and attention. All of the employees were some of the nicest, kindest, and most helpful I've met. The suites themselves are amazing- so beautiful and yet surprisingly comfortable, there was even a pool. Plus the location is perfect, we stayed in the middle of the city where all the action was. There were restaurants right downstairs and the employees directed us to hotspots just blocks away. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the establishment and they were very down to earth and gave me one on one attention. Honestly one of the best places I have stayed at in a long time and I am hoping to come again soon.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! I stayed at the La Isabella suite looking into Plaza Simon Bolivar. The biggest pluses were the huge bathroom, comfy bed, and amazing balcony. You can look into Plaza Simon Bolivar which will have music and performances. It is really cute and I always felt safe. Staff respond fairly quickly to concerns as well. I would not stay here if you are also planning to get a rental car, parking seems difficult.

La Isabella Suites is a great place to stay. Beautiful and clean. Be aware that there are two buildings just a few blocks from each other. We stayed in a single bedroom suite in the location across from the Bolivar Plaza. Make sure to check out the rooftop view! Our suite was on the second story with a balcony overhanging a lively restaurant with live music at night. Even before our arrival, we received top tier customer service via email. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend. Such a comfortable, clean and charming place!

I loved the apt that I stayed in with La Isabela Suites, Hotel Colombia in Plaza Bolivar. It was large and in a good location. Had everything that I needed, kitchen, internet, TV with Netflix, good AC and a large bathroom. I felt comfortable and safe here. There was a security guard here during the daytime Monday - Saturday afternoon. Andres was very courteous and accommodating. I ended up having to stay an extra night, unexpectedly, and, Andres was able to set it up that I could stay in the same apt. There is a decent restaurant below and a nice view of the church in the plaza. I even recommended the place to a friend who was looking for a last minute place in Panama City.

The staff is super friendly. Andres, the manager will go out of his way to ensure your needs are met. Very comfortable rooms and great location in Casco Viejo.

The building is beautiful as is the location within the city. So many great places to walk to from here easily. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the point of checking in to when we left. The room was very clean and well kept. Super comfortable beds and furniture. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay in Panama! Host is incredibly helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described and better!

The hotel put me in a bedroom inside ANOTHER building more than 500 meters away, in front of a very noisy bar with live music until very late in the night. The room did not have double windows so it was as if the band was inside the bedroom. I decided to change to another hotel in the middle of my stay in order to have a proper night of sleep. They did not have breakfast to offer as well. I do not recommend.

No way to park, alot of dust and smoke because of a construction around.hard to drop a guest with the luggage do Hotel is good

We had a fantastic stay at La Isabela. This was long overdue as the original trip was cancelled due to the pandemic. The 2 bedroom suite opens to a very pretty courtyard. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and especially comfy mattresses. Andres was an efficient and warm concierge both for this trip and the one cancelled by the pandemic. He took such great care of us that we didn’t have to stress about anything. We had a wonderful driver for two days arranged by the hotel who made our stay in Panama memorable and it felt as if we were hanging with a friend. Don’t hesitate to book.

We decided to stay in the old town after our cruise and booked two nights at La Isabella Suites. Our suit was in the old Hotel Columbia building across from Plaza Bolívar. The location was excellent. Close to restaurants, churches and the sites. Can’t say enough about the two-storey suite with its high ceilings and lovely balcony. Andres was very helpful and there to answer any questions. We are looking forward to returning as the old town is in transition and it’s only going to get better.

Amazing property! The location is great. It's in the historic district 'Casco Antiguo' and walkable to so many great restaurants. The suites are roomy with a full kitchen, private balcony and access to an amazing courtyard in the middle. The bedrooms are comfy and quiet despite being in such a bustling part of the city. Service is excellent as well.

I would highly recommend staying in La Isabela Suites if you're coming to Panama City! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
