Has been incredible to come back to this beautiful hotel. Everything works perfect here, because of the pandemic it is manage directly by the owners, that makes me feel even more special, all you need you can get it. When you arrive the check in process is fast and efficient all payment methods are accepted, then when you get into the beautiful and so we’ll decorated room with a big bathroom and a super comfortable bed, spacious room to work, makes you have the feeling to stay in room all day. I will come back as soon as possible to stay here.

Started out ok (aggressive man panhandling out front when we arrived, they had canceled our reservation because I’d booked with an Amex via Kayak (but WHY did they take it to begin with?!) They created a new one for us day-of but we had to wait two hours for the room to be ready. All fine. The room itself was cute, and the hotel is in a convenient location. The problem began at night, when we got home from dinner. My friend moved an article of clothing on her bed and a MASSIVE cockroach skittered out, hiding under another article of clothing on her bed. We had to capture the cockroach in a coffee cup and saucer. Not great, but fine…it’s a tropical climate and we’re capable women. We had early flights the next day so we laid our heads down to sleep right around 10pm. That is when the BOOM BOOM BOOM started…and NEVER STOPPED (until 4am). The club upstairs was playing awful arrhythmic BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM all night. This triggered our cortisol and adrenaline…and neither of us could sleep all night long. I was still awake at 5:45 AM, at which point I got up because my alarm was going off at 6 AM anyway. I sleep with noise canceling headphones and earplugs—and STILL could not sleep, because the BOOM BOOM BOOM of the bass kept shaking me awake. Every timeI drifted off, the bass shook my bed, bones, and body. 😭 Worst night at a hotel ever. It’s a *no-brainer* the hotel needs to notify guests when they will play room-rocking, sleep-shattering music all night long. We (re)booked our room THAT AFTERNOON. There’s absolutely no excuse for not letting us know that they planned on playing music until 4am. Just so unprofessional, and inappropriate. I prefer to stay at boutique hotels but will never ever stay here again; I’ll stay at the American Trade instead.

Great hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo. The room is beautifully arranged with all the comforts of home including a Bose sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth or download an app for your music. Wifi worked great the entire stay. Bathrobes are luxurious. Coffee is fantastic. AC brings the room down to a comfortable 18c. One think I loved is that they provide a WhatsApp number. I had a question on walimh tours but saw they were busy at the desk. I sent a WhatsApp message and they were extremely accommodating while saving me the wait downstairs. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

This is an excellent boutique hotel. Rooms we stayed in were very spacious and extremely well appointed. Washroom was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms have small balconies where we enjoyed some wine we bought at the Rey grocery store just down the street. Room has a well-stocked minibar/fridge but prices are predictably high. The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Rooftop patio is lovely. We went up for a drink (no food) and enjoyed the ambience. Staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at La Concordia. We stayed in one of the corner suites and our room was so spacious and BEAUTIFUL. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge, and the wraparound balcony was lovely. The front desk staff were all very nice and recommended great restaurants and gave us helpful tips. The location was also great; very walkable to excellent restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. It was a little noisy outside on Friday night but they were kind enough to provide ear plugs. It was fun to be in the middle of the action so the noise wasn't a big deal to us.

We spent 48 hours in Panama City this week, which included an overnight stay at La Concordia Boutique Hotel. Had we known how much we'd enjoy the area and the hotel, we'd certainly have planned to stay longer. The Hotel is situated in the Casca Viejo neighborhood, where many buildings are being restored and becoming charming hotels, restaurants and shops. La Concordia Boutique Hotel was early to the game, opening this incarnation in 2017 after having been used over the years for a multitude of purposes. It's current use suits the historic building. It's owners have created a welcoming, comfortable space where attention to detail is evident in the aesthetics of the place, as well as in the service. The rooms are well-appointed with interesting artistic flourishes, the bedding is luxurious, the rooms are spacious and the staff are cheerful, approachable, attentive and ready to help with whatever you need. We ate at both the attached coffee shop, as well as the breezy rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed really tasty, Panamanian style cuisine. There's honestly nothing I'd offer in the way of constructive feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certain visit again when in PC.

Wow. Had an incredible experience at La Concordia. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We did not have a lot of time in Panama City but they gave us the best advice for what to see and do and eat! The rooms were very clean and spacious, everything is gorgeous. Mark, Ava and team truly treated us like family. Will be staying here every time I go to PC from now on!

Overall, my stay at La Concordia was nothing short of extraordinary. The impeccable service from the attentive staff, the unbeatable location in the historic district, and the spacious rooms with their charming balconies all combined to create an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that this hotel will be my top choice whenever I return to Panama City.

We had a wonderful stay with my family, even though my wife is from Thailand, she felt very comfortable with the warm service provided, attention with the kids, and facilities, couldn't ask for more. Additionally the location is the best in the city, lot to see and try around. We will definitely return!

Location was pretty good for the old city; however, the rest of the hotel left much to be desired. The AC barely worked (despite them sending maintenance to “fix it”), the bed was very uncomfortable, and at one point the water was shut off. When the water returned, the hot water was brown tinged, no matter how long I ran it for to clean the pipes. Would not recommend this hotel, it made our stay in Panama City very uncomfortable.

I stayed at La Concordia for the third time a few weeks ago and the hotel keeps getting better and better. This time I was in the Corner Suite, my favorite room thus far. It is spacious and elegantly designed with charming views of the neighborhood from the balcony. Marc, Eva and the team were attentive as always and ensured I always had all the pro tips to maximize my stay in Casco Viejo.

Perfect location to explore the old town and even the entire city as you are very close to the entrance of the old town. I live in panama and this neighboorhood can be quite busy so you might lose a lot of time with taxi if you take an hotel deeper in the old town. From there you are very close to all the best restaurants and nightlife. we had a simple room and it was just amazing with several pillow size, huge shower and bathrooms, cool terrace to relax, free fresh and hot water in the entrance, nespresso machine in the room, it has it all, very well designed. It is definitely a must go while in panama city !

La Concordia Boutique Hotel was the perfect ending to our Panama trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always treating us like family. Our room was super stylish, clean and had us feeling right at home. La Concordia is also ideally situated within Casco Viejo: close to delicious restaurants, rooftop bars and an array of shops that we got lost in each day. And speaking of rooftop views, La Concordia has the best that we came across. A highlight was watching the sun set each evening from the top floor, overlooking Casco Viejo. We loved the hotel so much that we are considering returning to Panama quicker than expected just so we can come back here!

Location is great, I loved roaming around old town. This place has so much character! Lovely staff too! all in all highly recommended! After a long day of walking around in old town it was awesome to sit on the roof top, letting all the experiences sink in..

I was invited for a special dinner night with a date that also booked one of the rooms and I must admit... it took me by surprise! The level of details in style, their cool/friendly service team, the way they take advantage from the space a very old building offers, how clean and tidy everything is. This is the kind of boutique hotel that raises the bar within it's category. Truly worth visiting!

My sisters and I briefly stayed at the Concordia (twice) and had a wonderful time. The rooms are perfection. The bedding is luxurious, the bath is spa like and the decor is gorgeous. We enjoyed looking over Casco from our balconies. gThe location was great and Mark was so attentive. All the restaurants that he recommended were superb.

An absolute stunner of a hotel with an equally stunning staff. The bathroom was bigger than our apartment in NYC. The owners could not have been more friendly, and sent us to a restaurant where we had the best meal of our two week trip in Panama.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! Arcelio went above and beyond in helping us out with our luggage. We had an early flight into Panama and he let us drop off our luggage early, got our rooms cleaned first, and then even moved the luggage into our rooms for us. He was very flexible in letting us check in early and even a late check out as well. The rooms themselves are very spacious, have great views from the balconies, and lots of amenities. The beds are very comfortable too. There are lots of special touches and nice surprises in the rooms. Also, this hotel is located very centrally and is walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Casco Viejo. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had and we can't wait to come back to Panama and stay at La Concordia!

Marc, owner, bent over backwards to help- tickets, restaurants, fun places in town and around the county. Rooms are very clean, big with tall ceilings, mini-bar, and safe. This Casco Viejo neighborhood is a great location to much fun, walk or URBER $4 to locations in town.

When I stayed with my best friend we had an excellent weekend stay. Service was amazing, the location is right next to all the nightlife and the rooms were always kept up and clean! 100% would stay again and recommend it to everyone:) they even added beautiful roses to the room. Definitely a picture perfect place

We stayed for a friends birthday weekend. Hotel is really pretty balcony puts you right into the culture and flow of the town. The hotel restaurant is on point and any thing you ask for the front desk delivers in minutes. We also had really good recommendations from the staff regarding local restaurants, excursions and night life which is walking distance. Really awesome location. Definitely going back!
