New ownership, new layout, new menu! My family and I tried everything on the menu after the changes and it was all great. Definitely a more high end burger, pizza, wings and fries experience! Don’t miss the fried cauliflower app or the panna cotta desert.

Went last night to spent time with the family,the owner Ela , greeted us with a huge smile and assigned us Avivit as our server. She was the sweetest & the attention to the details was top notch. The food was absolutely incredible & we got very generous portions. The drinks were super original, tasty & refreshing. I’d absolutely recommend this place as it’s food is tasty . The decor & ambiance are absolutely fantastic & the music is something to enjoy by itself.

This place is trying to go for that gastropub vibe and they're close, but not quite there. The overall atmosphere was weird - we walked into a clothing store and thought the people standing there were for that store, but they were hostesses? They also seem to want that party/club vibe for late night. Okay, but we get seated. Server didn't know anything about what was on draft. When we asked what type of beer something was, he just brought over a sample. Once we ordered the beer was great. Food was mediocre. Husband and I both got burgers. He loved his, but mine tasted a bit off. I still ate most of it. The fries were okay but undercooked. Overall, this place has some work to do, I think. Pick a vibe and roll with it. Maybe with some time they'll get better.

Fabulous food! Classic burger cooked the way you love it. Boardwalk fries are delicious. The meat lover's pizza was is fantastic. Good beer selection. Margaritas are great! Vee was our server and she's fabulous! We will definitely be back.

This place is amazingly wonderful. They have only been open a week and during PCB spring break too boot yet the food and service were both absolutely spectacular! Our congratulations on the fabulous beginning of a great new local restaurant.

Delicious food! We were staying at Coastal Breeze Retreat and they highly recommend Lulu's for great food, drinks, entertainment and a gift shop! We shopped, ate, and enjoyed listening to music while looking out at Choctawhatchee Bay! Our server, Victoria, was very helpful! Thank you Lulu's

The service was good, but they were out of a lot of drink options. The drinks that we did have were very good. The decor was nice and music was just right. Will visit again and update the review accordingly.

Some of the best wings I’ve ever had! We had the wing lover and sweet and spicy flavors. Garlic fries were so yummy. Artichoke pizza is amazing as well! Awesome vibe with great music! Will definitely come back anytime I’m in PCB.

Best restaurant in all of Panama beach city. Best pizza, wings, and burger you will find. Look no further my guy you found it. You're welcome. Also such a friendly and nice staff there!

Seems a little pricey, but big burgers with plenty of fries! The artichoke pizza was big enough to share with 2-4people and was excellent! I added red onion, but can see how chicken would be good for a protein. The crust was exceptional! Music and atmosphere is geared towards younger crowd.. Would recommend. Service was very good as well!

This place has decent reviews which is why we tried it. It was seat yourself, go up to the bar to order and the food came in baskets. Food was good but EXPENSIVE for serve yourself kind of place. $20 for a basic burger. $20 for a chicken sandwich. No wine selection. It was dead in there which makes sense. Wish we would have skipped this place too!

WARNING! 18% service charge! I really want to give Lulu's 5 stars and may have if not for some serious problems. I feel like the server lied about the service charge not being for the restaurant and said it was a fee from the Wharf for the parking lot and not a tip. We paid 18% fee and then a 20% tip on top. Just two people for a couple of sandwiches and no drinks was about $75. That's roughly 50% more than the actual food bill. There was a hidden charge of $3 to have the salad instead of fries. Food was ok but not correct. There was about half a raw red onion chopped up in the house salad. This onion was so strong I had to pull it out and wrap it in napkins. If not for the onions the salad was ok. The dressings offered are meh tubs from Sam's club. I saw them in the storage room behind the clothing store. The fish sandwich was very crispy and hot but also had a huge thick slice of strong red onion. The fat lulu burger I had was delicious but completely missing the fried egg and jalapenos. I asked two servers about it and got no real excuse or answer. It was a delicious burger with plenty of bacon and fried onions. Atmosphere is nice if the place is empty. It's small so I expect it to be loud and tight when full. It was open mic night but nothing was on stage. Just dance club music on a TV. Sadly, I won't be back. I recommend this place for late night grub only when other places are closed.

Visited this place for some late night eating. We enjoyed the music and our server was very attentive. It’s was just us and one other table there, they weren’t busy at all. We ordered wings and pizza and they both were amazing. Wings cooked to perfection and pizza was sooooo delicious. We will be going back very soon.

Our family had the best time last night! First the food is tasty. My kids were skeptical of ordering a food at a bar. Everything was amazing. Chicken and waffles hit it. Hawaii Burger killed and I love it when someone else dresses the salad - so good! You might get talked into singing a tune.
