    I don’t ever expect people to be in a great mood when i get coffee or go to doctors appointments. You never know if that person is having the worst day of their week or even of their life so far ..and they have to be at work. That being said, I don’t put expectations on strangers who i know nothing about. No one should, i’m talking to you Karen. Anyways, i decided to get a treat after my doctors appointment because i hadn’t eaten anything yet. Idk the name of the girl who took my order i should have asked her, but she was so full of personality while still being professional. I really appreciated that. It made me feel special like i was there at the right place right time to experience this strangers kindness that had me leaving in a better mood. ive been a barista before during the holidays (now im in retail. shoot me lol).. i know it can be really draining work and you don't always feel at your best mentally and that’s okay. Point is ..it’s really appreciated and goes a long way when they are so kind and personable. I’ve been trying to spread the kindness around in hopes to make someone feel as special as this barista did today. Happy holidays and thank you to all the baristas out there!

    I’m the past two years of coming here I’ve NEVER had any issue. Coffee is always great. And the workers are always the absolute nicest. As someone who works in customer service I’m impressed with how the employees always have the BEST and FRIENDLIEST attitude. You just can’t help but smile when talking to anyone. I sure hope these employees are getting paid well! They deserve it !

    Justin and Haley, manager, and assistant manager treated us horribly. We were rushed through the drive through, disrespected, and even watched the manager go into a fit of rage and throw things against the wall, when we tried to reason with our 2 minute order time for our family of 6. When we tried to defend ourselves against the Starbucks management hostility, they implied we were being rude. We can get better $50.00 coffee drinks at other local shops, without being belittled and rushed to order. I've been to Starbucks that were great, but this team is miserable and ruining what used to be a relaxing break in a hectic day. I only hope the other employees at this location are not treated the way we were. If you are unhappy at work, find another job! Don't be mean! Have a great day! Remember, it cost $0 to be a decent human.

    One of the cleanest Starbucks I have been to. A necessary stop each morning here in Panama City Beach. Great customer service and awesome atmosphere!

    Barista is shortening the pumps in my coffee I asked for extra stuff because I like my coffee a lil sweet when I got the first one it was so fresh had no flavor went to get it remade and it’s the exact same way and he made a comment I made it how it’s suppose to be made and I watched him use only 4 pumps when standard pump is 5 and if I asked for extra but only got 4 pumps In total because I didn’t want to be that guy who can’t seem to get what he’s paying for I just said it’s ok and left but truly it was two coffee washed pier park never messed up one order but this store is something else they make terrible drinks .. uploaded a photo of extra caramel and extra crunch lol the man salt bay me there’s nothing extra about this

    Every time I come through here somebody different makes my coffee differently. It's always an issue I get the same thing every time it's gotten to the point where I really hate coming through this Starbucks because they either have an attitude or they're just rude. And when I say I ordered the same thing every time I mean it. They always forget something or they just don't make it right. It's not rocket science they have a recipe guide right there and it's on the side of the cup on a sticker. Doesn't matter if you order through the mobile app or if you go through the drive-through it's always screwed up

    I walked in Stood there for over 10 mins while everyone walked by me and ignored me No one wanted to take my order It was stupendous Finally after watching 3 people get serviced in the drive thru I asked loudly if I was in the right place ? I was told only one person could take my order It was a older lady and she was busy. Then our came someone else the 6 th employee so far and. The first one to acknowledge me She said hello I'll take your order Note someone different then the older lady I'm surprised at the management it's absent The employees are obviously unsupervised Worse place for coffee Was also given a reprint receipt so I didn't have the survey code !

    Had a gift card so ordered a drink on the mobile app for pick up. Said it’d be ready 3 minutes after I ordered, and no I don’t expect that to be accurate - I know they are busy and I hadn’t even left my house yet. However, after arriving I sat to wait for my order to show up on the pick up counter. 40 mins total after ordering and it still hadnt been made. What’s the point of doing mobile pick up if I can just go thru the drive thru and get my drink faster? Stupid. I just left because I didn’t care enough to wait for them to make the darn thing any longer. Not saying it’s their fault, they are probably understaffed possibly, but that’s just ridiculous that a pick up order is not ready in FORTY MINUTES over someone else’s drink who did not do a pick up order ahead of time. I don’t even frequent Starbucks often, but when I do use the rest of my gift card, I will go to another location. This one is off my list for good.

    Hopefully this is just a one off. I normally hit the drive through at this location. Today I decided to walk in. I was not greeted at all for the several minutes I stood there. Lucia finally did greet me. She was pleasant, and quickly took my order. The girl who was predominately making the drinks along with a girl in drive through seemed to be in conversation on their headpieces about a recent phone call about brand and couldn't be bothered with me I guess. I work in this industry. I observe a lot, and normally all Starbucks locations have someone who immediately greets their guests in a friendly manner. Outside of Lucia, everyone seemed cold. The energy matched that when you walked in. Bummer.

    I got a idk even what is was called Carmel crunch and it was supposed to be the large. Well it was smaller than the drink my son got for twice the price. I asked them is this the large and they say yep and I couldn't do nothing but laugh. It was good but holt cow is was super small. I drank it in two tiny sips lmao fr. I might make a tiktok about it if I happen to be with someone who goes cause I won't be going myself.

    Ordered an iced matcha tea latte and a cookie crumble Frappuccino. The latte was fine but the Frappuccino didn't quite taste the same as usual. Not bad, was definitely able to get in and out without issues.

    Most experiences at Starbucks are pleasant. The staff here screwed up the order, then told us it was messed up because they didn’t have the ingredient to make the drink. Common courtesy would be tell me that when I order it. So I get charged for a half made drink that was the staffs screwup. Won’t come to this one again.

    Our visit to the R. Jackson Starbucks was ok. The good: the store is beautiful with lots of seating. Two of the drinks we ordered were made well and the shots were calibrated so they didn't taste too bitter or too watery. The Chalk art on the menu area is beautiful. The bad: unfortunately one of the drinks was completely wrong. It was missing essential ingredients to the beverage and contained coffee in a cream based drink. Another barista was quick and friendly in fixing the order and the drink was made right through second time. The first drink took 12 minutes from order to pick up when we were the only customers in the store at a slower time around 2PM on a Wednesday. The barista was solo making drinks while one was in the back for the duration of our visit, only coming out to take register orders. The final barista was on the drive thru register and their only contribution was cheering on the barista on bar. Finally, the bathroom was completely out of toilet paper and the trashcans needed to be emptied. A shift change occurred during our visit where 2 or more baristas helped make drinks and reset the store. Overall the location is beautiful and the store seems normally well managed but this particular day had some downs that made the experience less enjoyable.

    We were rushed through drive the through! We are a family of 6 and it took us 2 minutes to order. Apparently that looks bad to corporate. The fact is, if customer's can go somewhere else and spend $50+ for coffee drinks and be treated with respect, Starbucks will eventually not have a corporate. Also if the managers at this location are so unhappy, hostile, and unstable, maybe they should find another job. Hopefully not in management, unless they can improve on their leadership and customer service skills.

    I carry the Starbucks name at a different location, an Iced White Mocha comes with whip cream standard, my other drink with cold foam tastes completely wrong as well, disappointing from such a nice location, I’m trying to order a nice iced drink on vacation in the florida sun and it’s ruined by horrible quality. If my store made drinks this bad I think our manager would have a serious talk with us
