We went to buy a floaty and I came back later to return it, because I found a different one at a different alvins island. We called the number on the receipt to ask if we can return it and they said yes since the box hasn’t been opened so we turned around and it took us about 20 minutes to get back to the store and when we got there they told us when couldn’t return it and were very hateful about it. They will never ever get my business and I suggest not to give Alvin island your money, because they don’t give it back if you try to return your stuff. By the way surf style has a lot better stuff. So I highly suggest Surf Style.

We must have stopped by at just the right time, because everything was 25-75% off! We're on vacation, and we got lots of little souvenirs for family at a great price! Huge place with tons of stuff packed in. Shirts, dresses, hoodies, shoes/sandals, sunglasses, hats, dried out alligator heads... A little bit of everything if you're looking for souvenirs.

I love this store though the floaties are at an unreasonable price!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Of all the places you can get souvenirs I wouldn't easte the time or money coming into this place. Made a last minute stop on our way out of town and noticed some items said since 1920 and some said since 1953. I asked the cashier ( in her 50's, shoulder length dirty blonde hair and blue nails) about the year differences thinking she may have a story about the history like other locals have been kind enough to offer and her only b*** remark was "I wasn't born in 1920 so I wouldn't know". Seriously?? What the h*** kind of response is that? Her response and tone were incredibly rude. By far the most unpleasant person and experience of our entire trip. A person as miserable as her shouldn't be working in customer service. Reading thr other reviews now, I wish we would've gone to a different store than this one.

Posting on my husbands account since I don’t have an account, ANYWAYS. Rude worker/Manager. Starting our vacation here at PCB and we wanted to go snorkeling the next day. Bought two pairs of goggles and decided to try them out tonight. One of the pairs were not sealing on my husband’s face. We thought no biggie, we have the receipt and the original packaging we will just stop by tonight and return them EVEN exchange them for a different pair and pay the difference or what ever. The response I got from the “Manager” wow. What do you want me to do? You want me to try all of them on? I responded that it wasn’t my fault they sold defective goggles. He stated that they didn’t do returns on beach accessories. I responded, all you sell are beach accessories! Like seriously who responds that way to a customer. We were even going to do more business when we departed Florida to get some departing gifts. But absolutely NOT. We will take our business elsewhere. Alvin’s, or who ever runs this store in particular. I get it there’s rules and policy’s and what not, but you sincerely SUCK. You have to work on your customer service and make people feel welcomed and earn our buisness. Will steer people away from y’all just cause of this. We have a TON of family and friends that shop here.

I buy a hoodie and a hat like every year when I visit but there are also many trendy dresses and crop top outfits too! We found $5.99 sweatshirts this time with matching sweat pants. There's a lot to choose from as well as cute jewelry and swim wear.

In the three years that I lived in PCB I shopped here several times. Always a big collection of souvenirs and clothing. Nice, friendly staff, good prices, and have a military discount.

This location is a good place to shop . They have great prices. We have been in there 3 times in the past 3 weeks and the cashier is so sweet. He is a very nice young man .
