I went to this location with my family and was super excited to buy some things as I haven't been to an Earthbound in quite some time. Unfortunately, I was followed by at least four employees the entire time I was in the store, to the point where my mother took notice and asked me about it. I even saw the employees gesturing at me, saying something about "that situation over there." Very disappointed. I did not purchase anything and will not be making any purchases in the future.

Just wanted to thank you for having great merchandise and awesome employees. Our first time in one of your stores was last night in Panama City Beach, The girl working there (Shavetta) was so kind and professional it made our shopping experience better then ever. They have no idea what they are TRYING to sell and, to top it off, it was cute to hear them ask their coworker, “Did she put it back?” after looking at a bracelet! Absolutely insulting as well as their prices!!! I’ll travel for better vibes!!!!

Always a wonderful experience when we are at Pier Park in Panama City Beach Florida. The staff is always very friendly, they have some great sales items on jewelry and other things in the back of the store. Really beautiful items! We love the gemstones, the incense, and many other unusual items. Many salt lamps! I got the one that changes color and it is beautiful.

Earthbound is retail therapy for me! I love to go looking around at their cool items. I gave only 4 stars because one particular employee was kind of stockish. Once you’ve asked if I need any help, please don’t come back to ask me again…However, I always leave with their prosperity incense!!! Love, love,love!
