We
stayed
at
ELIZABETH’s
MEMORIES.
The
experience
was
terrible.
We
attempted
to
contact
the
property
manager
EVERY
DAY.
TRAVIS
CRIP
never
called
us.
We
spent
4
hours
cleaning
when
we
arrived.
We
had
to
strip
all
bedding
and
wash
it.
We
mopped,
cleaned
up
the
smashed
roaches.
Dead
bugs
in
the
drawers.
Stained
mattresses.
No
cold
water
in
the
kitchen.
Filthy
stained
furniture.
Mold
in
the
bathrooms,
sun
room
and
vents.
We
called
and
begged
for
someone
to
help
us
not
one
time
did
we
have
a
call
returned
about
the
cleaning.
I
did
get
a
hold
of
maintenance
and
it
took
them
two
days
to
come
out
then
the
knocked
off
the
mold
in
the
bathroom
handle.
They
brought
more
towels
and
was
going
to
return
and
didn’t.
2
TV’s
didn’t
work.
We
found
the
property
through
VRBO
and
LSI
went
around
VRBO
to
book
there
fore
we
couldn’t
get
their
help
at
the
the
time.
I
have
documented
EVERYTHING
and
I
have
records.
I
can’t
understand
why
this
happened?
With
COVID
cleaning
should
be
much
better
than
the
normal
standard.
