A very filthy place to eat at. This place is a mess. But the staff was kind. The restrooms were so dirty like they were never cleaned before. The floor was sticky and there was food everywhere laying around. In the place near the entrance of the kitchen, the sewer was backing up leaving all the dirty water leading into the kitchen area. The kitchen was also very dirty, I took a look while I was going to the restroom. I saw a member sweeping the booths with the same sweeper that she was sweeping near the restaurant entrance. and the booths were smelly because I think they use same rag all day to clean all the booths. Food was cold, had a piece of hair in it. And I never got my Margarita!

As of late the to go orders at chilis have been getting worse and worse. The last order over Memorial Day weekend was the worst. Ordered wings, chicken quesadillas and burger bites which all looked like they were leftovers from someone else's order. The burger bites and wings looked like someone had bitten off them and the quesadillas were so hard and stale that they were definitely not just made when I ordered. Just look at the pictures. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but it seems I'm not the only one having this issue from the reviews. Funny thing is when I called to speak to a manager after I got home with my meal I was told they were too busy and would call back. I'm still waiting on that call from 5/29/2022 lol. I just ended up emailing corporate for a full refund after they tried to offer me a gift card for $15 on a $48 purchase. GTFOH!

I order chili’s a lot and I’ve never had this experience before. I ordered DoorDash for three burgers and when I went to eat them they were burnt to a crisp, my dog couldn’t even chew them. I will not be ordering from this place again. Not to mention one of the burgers were packaged in the bag sideways, who puts a burger together and then packaged it sideways. All together a bad experience

Consistently good. We always seem to have a little issue with service. I just had water but never got a refill? But... I am glad they put the petite sirloin with avocado because pretty much everything else has a crazy amount of calories. :/

The service was terrible! The server took a long time to go to the table and ask us for drinks. I ordered chicken quesadillas and they didn’t have enough chicken. One of my friends ordered a sirloin and he found a hair in one piece of the steak. Definitely I don’t recommend this place.

Great place to eat and the atmosphere has always been perfect for good food and good conversation. I love the triple Dipper!!

Ordered Door Dash 2nd time. Missing 1/2 order. How hard is it to put 24 wings in a box? Got 12 both times. Went to pickup my own food on the togo side (vents covered with mold) I'm done trying with this place.

First impression is very important and unfortunately our waitress was not welcoming. She must have been very busy and exhausted. Food in the other hand was served in a timely manner and tasted good.

Requested air conditioner be turned down but it never was...food got cold within the first 5 minutes. Should not have to be freezing inside when it's 65 outside. 😞

Food was good. Didn't have to wait long. We went around 4 p.m. Hamburger wasn't too rare or over cooked. Chili was good, salad dressing vinaigrette was good. The Jack Daniel's Whiskey blackberry Margareta was excellent, had a nice refreshing flavor. Diffently recommend.

Horrible. We waited 37 minutes for our food and mine was not even edible. All I ordered was a burger and I have no idea what that was that I got. It was black and hard as a rock. Charred like it had cooked for 5 hours. The manager said the cook was having a tough time! O MY. The place needs to be shut down if they can look at what they cooked, know it is not edible and then send it out to the customer? Wow. There is no way they didn't know that thing was charcoal. I didn't even get to eat while I watched my family eat away. The waitress did not come back to our table until everyone was done eating. Terrible business. We won't be back.

I ordered the mini sliders and loaded mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. I would definitely eat here again. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the customer service was satisfactory. Birthday boy even got a complementary ice cream!

Our server, Nick was amazing. He made us feel so welcome! Most times we go to Chilis it was always subpar, where the service takes forever and the servers were not met with good expectations. Nick on the other hand made it to where our experience was beyond excellent especially for Veterans! We look forward to going back and requesting him as a server in the future!!!

Our waitress was very helpful in helping us figure out our selections in food. The food was very tasteful.

Ordered pick up on DoorDash and sent my husband to pick up the order. When he arrived home, I opened the bag and we started to freak out because we both ordered bone in wings and they looked like someone had chewed/ sucked on the wings and put them in the containers. Reached out to DoorDash and they only refunded us $10.12 when the order total was double that amount. Sent a message directly to corporate for chili’s and their response was to go through DoorDash to resolve the issue. What a freaking joke. Pictures below. Completely unacceptable. I wonder if they would have served this to me sitting inside the restaurant.

I decided to give delivery a Chance again. I just wasted $26.00. I should have known better. Order was totally wrong. I ordered the ancho salmon, with loaded mashed potatoes, and asparagus. At least the asparagus was right. I did not get the mashed potatoes, instead I got the stinkiest broccoli ever. The salmon was plain, it had no ancho sauce or cilantro on it. Guess I’m back to not trusting them enough to order delivery.

This place just doesn't care about quality in any way, shape, or form. They are the ghost kitchen for "It's Just Wings" and they are abhorrent. Look at the attached pictures. These are supposed to be mango habanero boneless and barbecue bone-in. Both orders of these wings are almost entirely dry. This isn't an accident or a mistake. This is negligence and not caring because they know nothing will come of it. I will never order from them again. This has happened repeatedly. If they can't handle it, they shouldn't do it. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful.

Their lunch specials are delicious and affordable. Our server was attentive. We were very happy with our visit. We both got the burger lunch special. The burger was cooked perfectly and was very juicy. Also, the fries were hot and fresh.

I did a Doordash order and it was a complete mess. I only got my food 40 minutes after and the food was completely wrong. I got the big mouth bites and I previously ordered it before. This time, half of the bites were a completely different bun. It was two regular bites and a burger. Plus when I got it, the fries were missing too? It was also missing the bacon??

I been review food restaurants for a long time now. I am very honest and open with my criticism and honor. First with my honorable opinion, the only things that made it 3 stars was our waitress Alexis! Very kind , goofy, easy to get along with, on time (I mean very prompt). Showed recommendations and kid friendly choices. When we go to review we tend to get alot of looks because the amount of food not with her she is very professional! Open amd tend to listen to our concerns of cleanliness and food presentations! Food wise disappointed. Cheesesteak came out a greasy sloppy mess couldn't pick it up the bread was like mash potatoes. Texas cheese fries was horrible had to be old could just pick the whole thing up with a fork one time. Kid food was horrible to ended up throwing it away. But again this experience came all together only because of the waitress and she didn't know we were reviewers till the end so good job Alexis!!!!

Not too busy today. Weekday. Excellent restaurant. Service was amazing. The food was warm, and the burger was juicy, a little pink inside how I liked. If you sign up through the computer on the table you receive free chips and salsa.

Our service was horrible! Food was good!! Our server was Holly and she was just fine when starting out but after getting my starter and drink it was almost as if we were forgotten about 20 plus minutes after getting my starter did I get to order lunch. I had to "chase" down Holly to order my lunch, and cash out and for 1 refill before we left.. I could understand if it were busy but it was almost done purposely. I still tipped but but it was not worth it for a quick lunch with my son.

My to go order was missing all the dips and I received queso and no chips. Can’t make this stuff up. It took over an hour and what I did get was cold.

It took 25 minutes and asking twice before we got seated. Then the drinks took about 10 minutes, the sweet tea taste like water had to sub for a sprite. Food took about 45 minutes. Over all server was nice and the food was good but not worth the wait...

This restaurant used to be a go to for myself & my family but we will be taking a break for a long while. Something recently has changed. We ordered through Door Dash last month & half our order's entrées were missing. I handled that with Door Dash & chalked it up to the delivery driver. However, today we stopped by again today. We ordered a queso dip with beef, & it didn't even look as good as the canned chili from the grocery store. It was disgusting. Then my chicken tenders had pieces of hair in them. My Mom's whole dish was scorched & when my son bit into his pizza all the cheese came off at once. The cheese was so hard. The only good experience was our waiter. I wish I would've gotten his name. He was so attentive, fast, & courteous. Something has changed with the food quality!!

The lunch chicken fajitas were absolutely amazing. Very large portion. The server was fast and didnt overwhelm the table by hovering but we never had to wait for anything.

Very good service and high quality food, a bit spicy for myself but others in our party absolutely loved it so I can't fault the restaurant for that, after all the name is Chili's, lol. Ample parking, quick friendly service and large menu, great appetizers if you like food a lil on the spicy side this is your place, 5 stars.

Teresa is the Perfect server. Kept us filled and never had to ask for a thing. The food was good. I had the Cajun Chicken pasta...He had the chicken tenders. I loved the enchilada soup!!!

The soup was no cold, but close to it. Even the reorder was the same. I go there for the soup and salad, but this wasn't a good experience.

We placed an order online and it was great thanks again. the only thing that I was upset about is I had also ordered a blooming pedal and it was not in the order but I live an hour away so I wasn't going to go back for that. Wish it could get rectified but other than that it was great

Me and my wife dropped in four some drinks. I forgot the names of these but their Margaritas lol. I think one is a volcano and the other is a blue agave. Made from Quavo of course.

A great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner or relax and have a beer or drink. This place, though I don't drink is one of my favorites because I really like their food. The atmosphere is is always good I will always come back to Chili's Grill & Bar.
