The service sucks here!

Very rude staff 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡will never go there again! Never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I'm spending my hard earned money at your restaurant and that's how you decide to treat me? Nope. I'll spread the word how bad this restaurant is!

I called in because I submitted an incorrect online order, the store had no manager available to override my order so I got charged. I called back more than 4 times and the "manager" was always gone at "appointments, picking up lettuce, and fixing her tire". Everytime was a different excuse. I left contact information and didnt receive a call back. After a few weeks, I finally get ahold of Jackie Stephens, apparently the store owner, and she hangs up on me without getting the information needed to refund me, not once, but twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. My problem remains unsolved. Terrible customer service!

We just recently moved to Panama City and are so happy with our experience tonight at tropical smoothie cafe! The food and the smoothies were so yummy and the ladies working were so kind and had great customer service skills. I drive by this location everyday on the way to work and will definitely be coming back in the future 😊

My smoothie and food were delicious, very small portions of food for the amount of money you pay. My real issue is how dirty the bathroom was. Of course it made me pay attention to more details of the place. To be honest the whole restaurant needs a good cleaning it's pretty dirty in there. Every single wall needs a good bleach down. Need to have an employee cleaning day

Horrible service from every single employee everytime i go. This place needs better management. They would rather discuss work drama than do their jobs and get the orders out. They have one extremely loud woman working there who practically shouts at everybody and throws orders on the counter. I regret tipping.

Love this place

I love a good smoothie, and I think it would be a great idea to open up a tropical smoothie in Callaway. Hurricane Michael took most of our restaurants and I had to travel 30 minutes out of my way because I was craving a smoothie. Lol Also with the Air Force Base slowly making its recovery this would be a great idea.

I'm so glad the 23rd St store is back open. The employees are very nice & my Island Green was very delicious.

My daughter went in and ordered me a classic Hawaiian Breeze. When she returned to the car the smoothie tasted like a lemon very sour. Ok, so I went in and explained that the smoothie was not good at all. The girl making the smoothies got mad, started mumbling something and displayed a horrible attitude. I requested that she not remake the smoothie so the cashier made it and put a load of sweetener. Those smoothie are too pricey for attitude and not what you request.

Food and smoothies are good, but I made an online order and didnt receive all my items. That wouldn't be such a problem if they answered the phone or there was a way to get the issue fixed.

Always great service and delish smoothies. Using the app and ordering ahead of time is super convenient.

Food and drinks are always good. Never had an issue here before today. I’m trying to order and the lady is just so rude. I had to repeat my order multiple times which was fine people have hard days but the dirty looks and rudeness.. just amazes me.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was looking forward to heading here for an afternoon snack and smoothie. Sign on the door says short staffed closed at 5. If you’re really short staffed get used to loosing money as your location won’t be open long when you don’t have customers coming at all. Deserves no stars at all.

4 pieces of chicken on my $9 saldad. Delicious smoothies but not good with the salads just run to Newks instead you’ll get better food for your money

For real, fix your bathroom door and clean it up! The inside of your business is just as important as the food/beverages you produce. You should be cleaning the tables/bathroom areas more regularly. It’s the ick that gets me. Otherwise, staff has always been friendly, and never had a complaint about a smoothie I’ve ordered. I appreciate you offer Pea Protein for us lactose intolerant and can’t have whey. Thank you for that!!

Should have taken a photo but threw it away in disgust. This was about my 5th visit. I ordered a Bahama Mama, a peanut butter cup and an avocado grilled cheese. About half through it, I take a bite of something hard and proceed to pull a bread tie out of my mouth. You know, the things that are used to close of the bread loafs or bags of potatoes. Not a twist one, the hard plastic ones. I went inside and didn’t want to cause a scene but told the cashier that whoever made it should probably pay better attention because that was absolutely disgusting. She asked if I wanted it remade and I said no and threw it away. Food and smoothies are good, but if an entire bread tie made it in my sandwich, what else possibly did the last 4 times? Mistakes happen but that’s too much.

Very unfriendly. No greeting upon entering or leaving. They asked what I wanted and when I informed them I wasn’t sure as I’m am 4 months pregnant with my first child and haven’t been there too many times, there was no attempt to help with suggestions or even a response - the two of them just stared at me. Then once I was able to think of what I wanted, they walked away without a word and someone else came to the register (with pink hair who was the most helpful one there) and rendered my payment. Overall, felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed during my stay. Might have eaten and sat inside if it weren’t for the vibe being completely off. The smoothie’s good, though, so 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Get on this now. Seasonal smoothie, gingerbread flavor. Add oats. Best drink in town bar none. And healthy to boot? Get outa here. BBQ pizza is fantastic. Please make a store closer to me guys.

Let me just say that I know how hard it is to find employees and i am grateful to have any service at all nowadays. Also, I recommend removing the sign that says Pick Up Here at the ordering window and to get a sign that says " Order Here " at the ordering window

Have visited several times, smoothie & food was superb! Cashiers were prompt + courteous. Chipotle Chicken wrap was 💯!

Got a smoothie (Kiwi Quencher) yesterday, it was one of the worst I ever had. It was bitter, no fruity taste or sweetness. I wish I would have tasted it before leaving, but I shouldn't have to. There's a new smoothie place in Panama City, I'm trying it tomorrow.

Good is always really good but the customer service could use a bit of work. They're never rude but I wouldn't classify them as welcoming either. They've never messed up my food though so if that's the cost, I'll take it

Had to get my blue berry bliss remade due to it not being sweet enough just to find out my bahama mama that I bought for my boyfriend also wasn’t that good either. Completely bummed because I love tropical smoothies. I’ll just go home and put some sugar in it after paying 17$ for two drinks. Edit*** I’ve come back recently and was given amazing service. I placed my order about 15 minutes before closing and I was still served and the smoothies were great this time!! I love the new crew and I’m so grateful for you guy’s satisfying my taste buds!! THANK YOU.

Jayme was so sweet! My card wasnt working, everytime it would swipe it would say "error", she took the time to walk over & try mutiple times herself. The other young lady preparing our food was extremly sweet too! Not to mention our chicken quesdilla and chipotle club was delicious! Beautifully prepared & tasty! We will deff be coming back! I order here every Saturday. For some reason, this Saturday, my order went to the beach store. The customer service given by Alexis at this store, as well as the young lady I spoke with, was phenomenal for the times we are living in. I’ll be back next Saturday, and many more times after that!

Here we are going on 2 months and still havent been compensated for 5.39. The manager at the 23rd St location has never even called about the inconvenience at all. Horrible and worst experience at this location.

Tropical Smoothie on 23rd St is my favorite. The owner is an Angel and has shared a free smoothie with me when she knew I couldn’t afford. It is a very open, healthy and kind atmosphere and their smoothies and food are excellent and healthy. I have used them to cater and every time my order was ready on time, displayed beautifully and always enjoyed by all.
