I went there a couple days ago with bad pain in my side. I told them my symptoms . I thought were related to a slipped disk. They proceeded to test me for everything except my spine. They were quite certain it was my gallbladder so xrayonly that section of my body coming back telling me nothing was wrong. And yet my pain has become much more unbearable. We were planted in the hall so could hear everything around us. We were there for 5 hours and out of that five hours no sheets on the beds were cleaned or replaced. My iv that came out of my arm full of blood was thrown in a trashcan the public uses with blood and needles visible from the trashcan instead of being thrown in a hazardous container. During our visit no safety gloves were worn by anyone on duty. One set of linen had a lady with hepatitis and after hours of us sting there other patients sat and played on the bed . This is every unsafe to those people because hepatitis is a contagious disease contact to contact. Meaning everyone that sat or played in the bed is now separable to catch this horrible disease. Another lady was on the phone explaining what and how a suicidal patient was taked care of. I guess patient confidentiality does not marvin this hospital.. Another nurse sat out at a counter and did blood work right out in the open one accident and she could have spelt the open blood vials and big problems there not knowing how safe the blood was. An older man's iv was leaking and blood was running down him . He hollered several times and still no one came, even after his nurse light and alarm went off no one came . I finally stopped a nurse and she fixed it for him . My advice is not to go to that hospital for your lifestyle sake. Administration needs to watch the videos from the cameras for that day from 1 to shift change. I have have a mind to call HEPPA to do an internal investigation. I also my sue for unsafe environment. So many laws were broke just the day I was there makes me wonder how often this occurs. If you or anyone you know have similar experiences please post here and I'll get back to you. This hospital must be held accountable for the actions of the trained personnel working in this hospital.

We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.

I did considerable research before I selected Seawind Medical Clinic. My expectations were exceeded in all aspects from courtesy and concern at the front desk to cleanliness of the facility, from professional service of the medical staff to updated methods of communications. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with the clinic. Minimal waiting and great care. Thank you.

I love going to this FAMILY PHYSICIAN. Out of all the reviews that I have read they are talking about the hospital not this PHYSICIAN, that's what this review thread is for and not the hospital. Which I have had 2 children at this hospital and will only go to this hospital PERIOD. As I said though this review thread is for this physician; and yes, it is located in the hospital and I love this family physician. One of the best doctors I have been to in many years. Actually listens to you, cares about you, explains everything to you, and has outstanding bedside manner.

I went to Seawind Medical Clinic while on vacation and I could not be happier with my choice. I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance and walked in without an appointment some time later. I was seen right after I finished my paperwork, so I did not have to wait a significant amount of time. Dr. Jacobson and Olga Arnold were exceptionally kind and took great care of me. I would absolutely recommend Seawind Medical Clinic to anyone in PCB.

As a local, I called Seawind Medical Clinic for a routine doctor's visit. Natasha was very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the front desk. The paperwork was standard for a new doctor's visit, and the wait, especially for a walk-in visit, was minimal. The nurse was extremely friendly and empathetic. PA-C Tammy Howerton was friendly, professional, and efficient. I definitely plan on using Seawind as my primary care provider, and would recommend it to others as well.

My regular physician recommended the Seawind Medical Clinic when I have an emergency or when I need help on a holiday. That is the way I have used the Clinic at least three or four times. I have never been disappointed with the consideration of the entire staff, and with the doctors' diagnosis and follow-up of my problem. The wait time was minimal. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.

My family doctor was not available recently when I had a head cold and congestion and the family doctor's office staff suggested Seawind Medical Clinic. I went to the Seawind Office and they took my information and got me in to see the doctor right away. I received the medical help I needed without delay. The Seawind staff were pleasant, positive in attitude, and professional in manner and services delivered. I am thankful for their services.

My partner and I have used Seawind multiple times for various sicknesses/injuries over the past 3 years and have always had good experiences with receptionists, nurses and doctors. The wait time is so much shorter than any other walk-in clinic and everyone is professional. I recommend to anyone seeking quick, professional medical care.

Highly recommended. After seeing negative reviews of the other options I decided to try Seawind for the first time. I received excellent service and care from reception to medical staff. Total time was just over an hour and that includes time to complete new patient and insurance forms. I hope I don't, but if I need weekend medical care in the future I'll be back.

Seawind Medical Clinic has become my medical provider. Over the past few years I've always had excellent experiences with Dr. Jacobson, Dr. England and their entire staff. They accept Medicare. They listen and treat people with respect. I'd recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend this facility "Seawind" . Staff are friendly and caring and that means alot when your not well. From the front desk to the doctors I have never been disappointed with any service. They always call back within a reasonable amount of time when blood work is done. Dr. Heidi Barr is GREAT! Was very sick, did not want to go to a walk in clinic. Seawind is local and I knew they would take good care of me. I got in straight away, they took my insurance. Saw a very good doctor who knew right off what was wrong and took good care of me. Took away my worry and helped me to get well. Great staff and Doctor. Thank you very much.

I have used Seawind Medical Clinic for primary care for over 20 years. I recommend them very highly. Rarely has the wait time been excessive , but even then, it was only during times of high volume. The staff has always been extremely professional and courteous.
