I
suddenly
stumbled
upon
this
tiny
South
Indian
eaterie
at
Patuli
one
day!
And
this
sudden
discovery
has
really
been
a
worthy
one
coz
we
really
don't
have
any
proper
South
Indian
food
joint
in
Garia-Patuli
area.
In
spite
of
being
a
tiny
eaterie,
the
space
is
neat
and
tidy.
It
is
run
by
a
middle-aged
couple
who
lovingly
cook
the
food
themselves
in
front
of
your
eyes
and
serve
them
hot
and
fresh!
Everything
is
home-made
here!
I
have
tasted
their
Dahi
Vada
and
Medu
Vada
till
date
and
both
are
equally
good!
The
Dahi
Vada
is
highly
recommended!
The
vadas
were
exactly
what
they
should
be
-
soft
and
succulent!
The
generous
quantity
of
dahi
that
accompanied
the
vada
was
unthinkable
(coz
have
always
noticed
that
outside
food
joints
exercise
economy
when
it
comes
to
give
dahi
in
the
dahi
vada!
The
seasoning,
preparation
and
taste
were
all
perfect!
The
Medu
Vada
was
crispy
and
tasty.
It
was
fried
after
I
placed
my
order
and
not
pre-fried
as
most
eateries
do.
The
orange
chutney,
that
accompanies
the
Medu
Vada
along
with
sambar
and
white
chutney,
is
to
die
for!
I
would
highly
recommend
Amma's
Kitchen
and
would
visit
again
to
tast
rest
of
their
dishes!!
The
eaterie
is
amazingly
pocket-friendly!!
Good,
fresh
food
takes
time
and
love
to
be
cooked
and
served.
So
dont
be
in
a
hurry
and
give
the
couple
the
time
to
prepare
and
serve
it
hot
and
fresh
to
you!!
My
best
wishes
to
Amma's
Kitchen!!
I
only
have
one
small
request
--
if
only
you
could
serve
the
food
on
banana
leaves,
just
a
wish
🙏🙏
