Today I have ordered a HOF Arabic Chicken Wrap from this restaurant.. Ambience was too good ❤️.. Ambience enlightened the Beauty of Kolkata ❤️..but price is bit high.. though food taste was awesome...Staff behaviour is good... online payment is available..

What a lovely place! Food is extremely delicious. Interior decoration is so pretty. Ordered chicken burger and Hyderabadi Biriyani, both were so yummy.

Food quality is poor. I ordered 7 packets of Biriyani but got rotten biriyani. Probably they delivered the biriyani which was made in the morning. They are selling rotten and poor quality food items to their customers. They don't value their customers and staff and the owner are bad in dealing with customer and they intentionally delivered rotten and poor quality food items. Though they have returned the money but returning money doesn't make a wrost piece of food a good one. And the restaurant only thinks that money is everything. They don't value their customers and don't value the harrasment and suffering of their customers. And delivering low graded food specially rotten food is a wrong and illegal trade according to The Consumer Protection Act. Worst restaurant in New Garia.

Utterly disappointed by the quality of the food...today I have ordered a chicken biriyani,as we were having a guest at our home..but the biriyani was completely rotten...informed them over phone,they keep apologising to us...but they can't repay the humiliation....I can't understand why they have done this...they could tell us that there is no biriyani,we would take them from other place..but just for money,they have given us the rotten food...it is not accepted at all....

Service time was too long due to staff shortage. Ordered food @ 7.45pm got food presented on 8.20pm. Price was high as compare to quality of food. Will not recommend this place.

Great service from 2 young boys even after 11 pm when shutters were down everywhere else!

Ordered fish finger here. Must say, requires a lot of innovation to make a dough of bread and put a fish in the form of tooth pick and fry it and sell it as fish finger
