Clean and comfy. Warm and friendly. Cool AC, hot shower as it should be. Pool size okay. Gym available and have good size, but poorly lit and located. Cafe infront is an awesome historic building and good place to hang out, a differentiation selling point. Overall good place to stay, no complaints.

I chose the grand deluxe queen room type, the room is cozy and spacious. However, there are double standard in this hotel by the receptionist. Early morning, i asked the receptionist whether i can do late check-out at 1pm , they replied i can ( I'm speaking in english language) . Then around 11am, the receptionist called my room and ask whether i am going to extend my stay or check-out, my replied was i'am checking out and made sure again if it's possible to do the late check-out ( I'm using indonesian language now ), they replied i can't do that coz the hotel is fully booked and the maximum time is 12 noon. I did said okay then . And At 11.30 they called my room again asking the exact question and mention the maximum time to check out is 12 noon. 🙃 come on.... why called my room again... its not like i passed the time that they mentioned. Then I did my check-out 11.45, and asked why they responded differently when i asked to have late check-out. They said sorry and asked me "do i want to stay in my room again till 1 pm". I already packed my bag and replayed "no thanks". It's soooo annoying to be honest. I like the room but not the service.

Strategic Hotels Location, the room is good but with low variety of type of room. The facility is good enough. The service here just okay. Nothing special about this hotel but I would recommend this hotels for low budget tourist. The hotel is cheap only cost around 600-800 IDR for the lowest type of room.

Had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean, good size and good facilities. The only issue was the blind in the bathroom that is mouldy. Swimming pool was clean, and swimming pool staff was very helpful with the towels. Prices were quite high despite breakfasts were not included.

Good hotel. Comfortable bed. Good AC. Clean bathroom, with good shower. Friendly staff. Good location. Good WiFi. We stayed 2 nights, without breakfast. There is a pool, but no cover from the sun. So can only one use late in the afternoon. Good roomrate. Would use again.

Spend 3 nights here for business trip, got a good experience from the staff. I got smoking room, but the entire room is badly treated. Smoking smell just so awful than the other hotel i ever stayed. But i love their fitness center, very clean and quiet. Although there's not so many machines i could use, i have a great time of pumping iron.

My stay at The Swiss Belhotel was definitely worth it from the food to the amazing staff and one on one personal talks with the manager making sure everything was going ok .The room service was top notch thanks to Maulidiya .Very happy and definitely be staying there again

Good location in the City center of pangkal pinang, comfy hotel, friendly services from staff. Missing one star from me because there is yellowish mark in the pillow linen, too bad and the pool is dirty, there is moss in the pool floor, walls, and floating around in the pool especially corner too bad for a hotel like swiss bel.

Location: near city center. However, it was quite far from provincial goverment offices. The building itself is not on the side of busy roads. No noise pollution from the street and no near food stall; Cleanliness: pretty clean in general, whether lobby, restaurant and the room itself. There's big room for improvement in the curtain/drapes for the windows between shower and bed. A mold or stain is a deal breaker for some. Service: pleasant, friendly, and helpfull hotel staff. 24hr room service. Taste also quite good even tough I only order a midnight snack. You might want to keep your deposit receipt in a reachable place since the reception and restaurant seems lack of communication regarding deposit and room service charge. Room size: decent size Food: standard for the hotel of its class. However, the quality of the fish served can be improved tremendously. Fishbone can invites a lot of trouble. Covid measures: mask is mandatory. Hand sanitizer available at front of elevator. Buffet breakfast with casual distance between tables. Plastic gloves was distributed to guest upon entering, eventough the use is not enforced.

The location is in the middle of the city. But the lobby was very hot, I don't think the AC was working. Lack of staff members even though it was in the weekend and around check in and checkout time. Only one show up taking care of everything. No porter :( helping us They need to spray lots of fragrance on the lobby and on the rooms. The room was okay The bathroom was okay No bathub in suite room :( They need to step up their game with their pricey rate.

I met with Mr. Eko as a Room Attedant in this hotel. I can say that he's a humble person because when I was passing the way that led to my room, he called me kindly. So, I suppose the hospitality of the employee is definetely great. Moreover, I wish Swissbel hotel that can maintain it year by year even it must be more than previous.

Comfy room, good restaurant service, clean, but don't know why the gym still closed eventhough not pandemic anymore.

We booked 4 bedrooms. And some of them were terrible. we ordered a non smoking room, and the second we enter the room it smells like a smoking room. And then the other room, the shower cannot be turn off properly it keeps on leaking and making the bathroom wet all over the place. Some towels that we got , were weirdly partly torn and smells like it was not properly dried, and the worst part is the food for the breakfast they dont even provide any meat in the fried rice, the taste was poor. the fruits were dry, the porridge was tasteless. To be blunt, i think for a four star hotel, we deserve more than that. Thanks.

Conviniently situated in the heart of Belitung, this hotel is only about 30 minutes from the airport. The front part of the hotel is an old Dutch house that now functions as a coffee shop. Very instagrammable.

I checked on today, with some major disappointments. After entering the room, I found that the wash room was not thoroughly cleaned. There is still rubbish from previous guest in the bin. And the complimentary beverages sachets was not replaced the counter was littered with sugar.
