I
chose
the
grand
deluxe
queen
room
type,
the
room
is
cozy
and
spacious.
However,
there
are
double
standard
in
this
hotel
by
the
receptionist.
Early
morning,
i
asked
the
receptionist
whether
i
can
do
late
check-out
at
1pm
,
they
replied
i
can
(
I'm
speaking
in
english
language)
.
Then
around
11am,
the
receptionist
called
my
room
and
ask
whether
i
am
going
to
extend
my
stay
or
check-out,
my
replied
was
i'am
checking
out
and
made
sure
again
if
it's
possible
to
do
the
late
check-out
(
I'm
using
indonesian
language
now
),
they
replied
i
can't
do
that
coz
the
hotel
is
fully
booked
and
the
maximum
time
is
12
noon.
I
did
said
okay
then
.
And
At
11.30
they
called
my
room
again
asking
the
exact
question
and
mention
the
maximum
time
to
check
out
is
12
noon.
🙃
come
on....
why
called
my
room
again...
its
not
like
i
passed
the
time
that
they
mentioned.
Then
I
did
my
check-out
11.45,
and
asked
why
they
responded
differently
when
i
asked
to
have
late
check-out.
They
said
sorry
and
asked
me
"do
i
want
to
stay
in
my
room
again
till
1
pm".
I
already
packed
my
bag
and
replayed
"no
thanks".
It's
soooo
annoying
to
be
honest.
I
like
the
room
but
not
the
service.
