Masjid Al Hussain Kuala Perlis is the most famous floating and tourist centre mosque in Kuala Perlis especially when you guys are waiting for the ferries to get to Langkawi Island. The mosque is open for all even for non muslim for sight seeing. The floating mosque has spectacular view especially when sunset hit, the orang tint with the silouete of the mosque make it the most memorable view. The mosque is so clean even the toilet has the mint smell. I took both sunset and night view. Muslim are praying 5 times a day, so when the prayer calling, expect some traffic or unavailable parking space. 10/10 will come again if have the chance again. Written @ 25/02/2022

Very different from others mosque. Clean and beautiful. Every tourist are welcome here for rest and do prayer. Neat, clean, also got garden that we can walk from the mosque to the ocean. Nearby mosque got restaurant and playground. Just a gentle reminder, you can only parking here not more than 4 hours. If exceed that. 4 hour the authority will sue you and clam your car. Please keep cleanliness together.

It's a house for Muslim. If you're coming from Langkawi or vice versa, do perform your responsibility here. May your journey blessed. It's clean and convenient, lot of parking, beautiful scenery what's more? It's near food court. :) Hang out place to go.

A Beautiful Floating Masjid.... The Sunset seen from the Masjid is not to be missed before Solat Maghrib.... Nice Architecture Design...but the Carpet needs to be changed....

Come at evening for sunset do your prayers in side the mosque if you are a Muslim. If not then just enjoy the view, during high tide you will expect the mosque is like floating on water. Later you can go to nearby eateries for good seafood

Such an awesome and strategic place to be here. The location is near Hotel Putra Brasmana, Jetty Kuala Perlis to Langkawi and many more interesting places that we go around. So sorry l couldn't show the interior of the masjid due to my walking disability and l only can snap fotos from far.

The design, exterior, interior was all good & nice. Until we went into the ladies rest rooms. Not so clean (perhaps due to it being used as shower place for those from Langkawi via ferry K.Perlis). And the squat w.c at the most left, you can even see below, the sea water!! Did all the people just urinated into the sea?

Very beautiful mosque with lot of jamaah performing their prayers.. The design also was very nice with full air-conditioned in the prayers hall.. Very peaceful as the mosque facing the ocean..

It's a lovely place to take pics but came at 1.40pm to pray and the prayer hall was already closed. Men can pray outside but women had to queue to pray behind a small flimsy screen which collapsed due to high winds when two women were praying. Very disappointed that we can't pray comfortably at a mosque. Understand the concerns due to mco but could at least provide a more comfortable place for women to pray, especially since its a tourist attraction and it's school holidays.

I love the beautiful view - masjid and seaside. I find peace when performing my prayer here. However, I could not find someone (admin) at the mosque last week to report about the female toilet. My suggestion is to put a box in front of the admin office so that people could write any report concerning the mosque.

Was here for maghrib. It's not far from Savanah Hotel. The floating mosque is on the bank of Malacca Straits. You can see the straits from the window. During my visit, it's low tide. The star-shape square outside the mosque looks beautiful.

Well positioned mosque within vicinity of Kuala Perlis Jetty. This mosque is well maintained and a place to meet before leaving or coming from Langkawi Island. Parking is ample or travellers could park at the designated guarded and fenced parking lots. Besides enjoying the evening breeze and watching the sun goes down, travellers can enjoy delicious seafoods walking distance from the mosque. Food are mostly local, tasty at reasonable price. Recommended

Masajid with a resort vibes. Located next to Langkawi ferry ⛴️ terminal. There is a jetty pathway for strolling. Unique set up for a Masajid. Do not miss the opportunity to visit if you are in this area. Recommended 👍🏻

The mosque is mostly full of people to Langkawi. The parking space at here is REALLY LIMITED. One thing that I really hope is the mosque management can clean the beach around the mosque it is just too dirty

A beautiful masjid. So pretty, especially if you are in the first saf! Of course on downside, the muslims' perpetual battle with the toilet continues, with no end on the horizon.

Masha Allah. Very beautiful structure with esthetic Islamic design. Facilities were clean and well kept. Unique environment which is situated nearby jetty point.

This is a serene place perfectly selected for this majestic mosque. The surrounding is swarm with dragon fly due to the nature comfort. It’s very well maintained and entering on give you a sense of peace. Non Muslim are allowed in provided you are dressed appropriately. The ceiling of this mosque captivated my interest and feeling sad that I am not able to catch a good snap of it. The windows are so special and ray of sun throw in the mystical feel. The surrounding view is as enchanting as the mosque. You just need to bring respect when you visit this and you will understand what it gives in return .

Quite dissappointed with the cleanliness of the rest rooms. Plus, there is no divider between muslimin and muslimat. We had to go thru same door and pray at the left side of the mosque, openly. 😬 Credit photo to my friends.

Nice masjid to visit when in Perlis. It's located in jetty area. I purposely visited for Friday prayer. It has nice design, inside is quite clean and cold with aircons. From the windows, I can see the ferry and sea view. Must visit when in Kuala Perlis.

This is a very nice and unique masjid. It was built on reclaimed land and its architectural is eye-catching. Quite comfortable to pray inside the masjid.

Such a beautiful place, wonderful architecture, and well kept. A good place to have a rest before going to Langkawi. There's ample parking spaces and the surrounding is beautiful with trees n flowers. You can have beautiful pictures here since the sea view is magnificent.

Nice view during sunset. Due to mco they limit visitors inside the mosque
