Absolutely reccomend, the staff is kind and helpfull, the rooms are large, clean and fullfill all your needs, tv, fridge, and enough storage. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was actually warm. It's about a 10 minute walk to the "center" of the city, where you'll find a small mall and plenty of restaurants, the big beach is about 15 minutes away, and the small beach just 5 minutes.

It was a dispiriting experience. We booked for three nights but had to check out after just one because there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was not working. We sent two messages to them via Booking to inform them of these issues, but we never received a response. Fortunately, we managed to cancel the reservation through Booking and got our money back for the remaining nights. Upon checkout, the staff didn't even bother to ask why we were checking out early. They just seemed not to care at all. I honestly don't understand why someone would stay at this so-called "resort" if they can't even provide hot water.

This is my honest review. This hotel provides everything you needed for a comfortable vacation, quite surrounding, easy parking, not crowded even it is fully booked. With pool just in front of my door, my kids definitely love it. Staff were super friendly. I'm definitely in love with this hotel. The only things that they can improve is to provide extra lock for the main door. Other than that, this a superb hotel. Definately will come back again.

Nice rooms and clean pool and the beach hardly 5 minutes walk away. All restaurants , sheesha, langkawi underworld, bars , shopping malls are like 10 minutes walk away. Stayed there for 3 days really relaxing and peaceful place. Would love to visit again 😍
