All the 4/5 reviews are probably fake, students from my college are living and they lack the basic amenities like water and food . Sometimes food gets over and most there's no supply of water. Rest of the amenities like AC , AV room , Gym but they are of no use when you can't provide basic necessities. The cost they charge per student is equivalent to the rent of fully furnished 2bhk in kharghar. P.S. - I am not a resident here the review is based on word of mouth and the intention is not to defame but to convey the message to concerned authorities.

Hi everyone, Don't waste your money here.They had locking period for 11 months and mo refund gurantee Their rent comedy 17k to 20k per month maximum based on the floor where ur room located. No quality food here.Dont attract with food menu,gym (worst room cleaning)etc.Also dont judge ur room by visiting demo room.Thats fake room u'll see. It's all are waste of money.And u cant get any transportation in this place you only get auto its minimum cost is 30 to 40 rs. This stanza not like other state stanza.Please join with ur friends and take a flat outside that will cost saving also for this 20k two people can share and u can eat outside. I got frustrated here.I lost security deposit.

They had a lock-in period compulsorily of 11 months which didn’t allowed me to move out of there sooner then that because it would have caused me a loss of ₹65k, plus there food quality was not worth of how much they were asking for. Feels like i have just wasted my money by coming here.

Worst place not worth it value your money one of my frnd stayed there and he didn't recive his refund though it is clearly written on there guidlines as 100% refundable

Not worth for the kind of money we pay…. Since its more expensive than local hostels we may believe that the service and food is better but i myself and almost everyone ive asked regrets taking admission here. Besides there is a 11 months bond and theres no way out of it. And there’s absolutely no one you can complain to about the services and even if ud find a way to do so pretty sure they wouldnt act upon it.

Staff behaviour is bad,food quality and quantity both are low. They clean room 1 or 2 times a week house captain never listens problems of students specially boys

Offers ample space in common room, free zym access and delicious food. Key mention would be for food, it's prepared in very hygiene environment and is offered with variety. Menu includes Sprouts and fruits too. Charges of room depends whether it has attached bathroom and which floor it's situated . Property is on side lane of main road and has lot of free space. Residents are mainly college students from NMIMS, D YPatil, ITM etc. And also includes working professionals.

Most pathetic 1.5 yrs experience I ever had. Every room rent is different the sales man said " jo jitna murga Banta hum usko utne mai bechte hai room" whatever the sales person show to you it's not real at all, the food timings mentioned in the app will never be accurate, the food is finished while you reach at 8 pm for dinner or in the morning for breakfast, they also mentioned that they will clean the room alternative days but none of the house keeping guy comes. Unhygienic and and they are dependent on water tankers so I have gone through a lot water supply problem, the days I lived without DRINKING WATER also and the the house warden name ADARSH DHAMALE. Will be the boss there and you have to live like you are living in jail he very abusive and always giving concern to localite or MARATHI people only. I would suggest every one who is looking for a hostel to stay, don't call in the trap of STANZA LIVING CINCINNATI HOUSE KHARHHAR NAVI MUMBAI , rather than a student can go through KOVI or STAYZOND OR personal Pg flat it's affordable and the food facility is mind blowing. DON'T GO TO STANZA LIVING it's gell to live there 🙏🏻

No properly food main point u won’t get insert auto there is also some sorts of problem in all fields like no proper hygienic things I personally if u wanna regret your living style then carry on I personally felt it’s the worst and no properly facilities provided and all those who have rated 5 I have never seen them trust

It's a great place to live among the student community. Of course it has its own set of pitfalls as the student community has care less attitude. Property is bit old, maintenance is an issue despite efforts by Stanza Team and biggest problem is Water supply which is largely Tanker dependent. Food is ok and so are other facilities.

Worst service, do not waste your money on this house

The worst place because my friend has faced many problems regarding food and also services due to that he was admitted in hospital because of food poison and also I personally suggest u guys read the terms because there flip all over a periods and comes to an end with fake promises of refundable things

Unorganized and also people smoke in the room and also not safety regarding a person staying in so called PG

Worst experience!! They don' t deserve even a star. Totally waste of money as No refund guarantee at all. The employee working name Akash Kukreja has a extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour, doesn't have any sense to talk, not at all informative, he himself is unaware about the company norms, created confusion in terms of money. He told me to pay the booking amount in advance (10k) without signing any agreement/contract, After 2 days, when i asked for " Can i get a refund (which he did not informed me about refund conditions), the way he said "woh toh nahi milega, ek bhi rupeeya nae" i was shocked, the tone he was speaking and hanged the call rudely. Real scammers!!

Accommodation is good. Overall positive atmosphere. Facilities are well maintained. However there were occasional issues regarding water supply or maintenance but the staff was co-operative and problem was solved.

PLEASE DON'T GO AND LIVE THERE GUYS IT'S BLOODY TRAP, NOT A WORTH TO LIVE THERE, VERY COSTLY , STAFF MEMBERS ARE ABUSIVE AND FOOD STORAGE, I HAVE PAID AROUND 22K FOR PER MONTH, THEY TAKE 2 MONTHS ADVANCE AND IF YOU WILL LEAVE THE HOSTEL WHICH I FELT AND WANTED TO LEAVE THEY WONT GIVE YOU THE ADVANCE MONEY OF TWO MONTHS I E 20K AND 20K SECURITY DEPOSIT THEY WILL SAY YOU CAN LEAVE THE HOSTEL AND YOU EILL LOSE AROUND 60K of your parents money. Even the girls are not safe in this hostel there many incidents of police have been reported against this hostel
