I was regularly purchasing clothing but currently experienced poor quality material, stitching and labelling for which i got exchanged one shirt in May, 2022. Further, I wore a trouser for a special occasion after a month purchase which I could not able to exchange as it was found defective fitting /stitching. The same was brought to supervisor's notice also, to prevent from further damage of Brand in future. After all Customer's satisfaction is important.
