construction quality is extremely bad. We are here only from `1 Year and we are the first occupant of in the newest building (G wing) and the ceilings are dripping with water leakages. the wall have big water patches from the outside. This building has seen only 1 monsoon. Poorly fitted electric boards, at places where you won’t even need them. so you will have to reconstruct everything if you want to shift in any of the apartments. Good amenities like gym, parking and open space but not sure what to do with them if your apartments are so badly constructed.

Worst Builder I have ever seen. Ek no ka faltu builder hai Buildings are so close to each other not even 2 feet of gap.No Proper Water Supply. no air ventilation. Most of the tentants says Balaji Symphony is Chawl .Aminities Provided for 2000 flat by my builder are 1 swimming pool, 500sq.feet Gym,300 sq.feet indoor Game room.Builder has charged more than 3 Lakhs per flat and giving such kind of faltu aminities..When i go to the gym there is a lot of rush and not able to do gym Properly.There are many professional builder in panvel so go with that but don't choice balaji symphony builder. He has no Proper Experience in building Tower projects.I am regreating buying the flat in balaji Symphony. Those who are having pool view they are regreting buying home here.

Beautiful society with 30 floors in navi mumbai. Nicely tucked beside the hillock. Has got a huge walking path all around. Two ungerground and two overground floors (4 floors in total) of parking space for residents. All amenities inside, swimming, gym, community hall etc Cost of 2.5 bhk was 90lacks during Corona No other upcoming project nearby will be so high hence residents above 12 gloors will always see the mumbai horizon 😀 Construction quality. The flat i visited as a guest was very good in all the sense.

Locality - Good but seems like rural. Room Size - Medium. Security - Very Good Amenities - more amenities promised, but are still under construction. Water - Major problem. They have two types. Borwell water for bathrooms this is untreated Salt water bathroom fittings looks very bad due to this. Water smells bad. Next they have gram panchayat water for kitchen good quality but in summer water worries you, most of the time no water people buy package water. Electricity - weekly once there is powercut. Monthly once major powercut for 4-5 hrs sometimes even worst. Roads - There is good internal roads but feels lonely on night times. But external unmanaged busy matheran road very dangerous. One part of the matheran road is in new panvel well maintained. But this side, no dividers, no signals and main point no flatforms to walk. Shopping - There are many small shops but very expensive compared to neighbouring panvel. Schools - You can find good schools within 5km radius.

Plenty of amenities, cooperative management. All essentials nearby. Power cuts extremely rare, less than rest of Panvel - Kharghar area. Flats are large enough. Ample of open space around the complex.

Good place to spend time with friends and family prices are also pocket friendly and it speciality is it is open late night also. And you can carry your own booze inside.
