Its been 2 years since I bought this property. No doubt I love the location. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star now. The reason is the builder, his staff and the construction quality. The sales guys promise you a lot of things but in reality there is nothing you are going to get. There is issue with water supply. Builder has taken maintenance from us for 2 years but has done a fraud by using all that money for himself within a span of an year. Builder doesnt respond to anyone. They had taken 16k rupees for society formation but gave us a condominium which most of people were unaware. The staff is also rude and careless(after the room is sold to the person). Now within the last year I faced plumbing issues for 4 months, water issues for the entire year and now my entire wall of the bedroom is wet and no one is taking any action to repair it from builders side. While selling they had told that warranty is for 5 years and they will be repairing everything at all cost. But now they are not even taking my complaint. Please check the attached photos. If you are trying to buy a flat for this builder please be aware that you are not going to get what is promised. Answer to your false response- I never done any modifications to the house. The leakage issue is since the first month. You guys showed your true face. After booking the flat how your team have changed. And this is not my experience. This is for all society members whose all maintenance money you have taken for 2 years. You have already used and eaten up of 25 lakh rupees. After promising us and taking 18000 rs for society formation, you gave us condominium and now we have to pay the fees again for society formation. Scammers. Whoever is reading my review and is looking for a property in belmac can visit us in Belmac Aqua project in Panvel and understand how the builder has scammed us all. Otherwise, good luck

I recently visited the society and saw development is going at a good pace. I have visited other sites in and near Panvel and this society has best amenities offered in this segment. It is a river front property with a lot of open space. Their team was helpful to give a detailed tour of the site. I will definitely recommend this society.

From the starting of the lockdown, I and my family were searching for a new home in Navi Mumbai. After a few days of research, I found out Belmac Riverside in Panvel and decided to pay a visit to the project. It is an amazing place to stay with great outdoor amenities. The sale person explained the amenities and location advantage of this project. Overall great project and in a few days I will definitely visit the project again with my family.

I am impressed by the current construction and it's speed. I like how there is commercial convenience at one end and river flowing at another. Beautiful combination.

A few days back, I visited this project, and saw them taking all covid precautions. I am totally in love with a beautiful view and green spaces in the project. It is a huge project when compared to the neighbouring stand along societies. The sales employee explained everything in detail related to the location of the project, connectivity to modes of transportation, and amenities of the project. Overall, An excellent project with good sales team support.

Good property and location. The rooms are large and have ample open spaces. I have seen a couple of projects in panvel and this is the only place with so much greenery and privacy. The sales team has been really cooperative and has kept me updated about the tower’s progress.

I visited this place name Belmac riverside sometime back, it offers a good variety of houses in affordable price range. I really liked open space and gardens in the society and it looked very beautiful during monsoon.

Society has unique location..River flowing in front and surrounded by greenery. the road to the society is well built.. Electricity and water supply is 24*7 which is a problem in other societies I have visited in Panvel. Over all good development and amenities.
