I was admitted in om navjeevan hospital due to stone in my kidney. Doctor recommended me hydro therapy and within 3 days my stone was removed through urinary track (without operation). At first dr n.b auti is good. But he is very good at squizing money from ur pocket. U will never come to know how fraud is he. That person told me and my hubby that we both have appendicitis and operation should be done within month. They think they are doing great by using some hi-fi anatomical words in front of patient relatives. Very slow in treatment.. I called for emergency admission before coming to hospital and after half an hour I reached hospital, but still nobody was ready for patients treatment not even doctor came on time although the owner doctor himself if physician... Very poor service. And that too not at midnight but at 11pm. Resident doctor was confused about what to do... Nurses are like teenagers and not motivating people... Even the hospital wall has no motivating thought or picture or anything..just blank walls. No proper sitting facilities for patients relatives in front of ICU.. Bathrooms dont have hand wash or soap. I didn't like anything of this hospital. I would suggest people do not prefer this hospital though its nearest hospital to you.

I was admitted in an emergency due to an accident. My left arm was completely broken. Doctors attended to me with a lot of care. Surgery was done successfully and I was taken a good care in my 5 days of stay in the hospital.

Such a bad hospital i have ever seen, Auti he(Dr) knows only collecting money without any reason with his Degree and patient weakness. He tried to check all possible tests even he knows initially there was nothing, still he suggested 2 scans in his hospital, blood test and finally CITY scan for normal cough and finally i paid for Cough Rs.12000+. And hospital staff - i don't want to waste my time to type here. Better to go any Govt hospital instead, horrible and his fee i think it was ten times higher than what he is charging to patients for one visit.

A normal NST test was charged for Rs 1000 where it's provided between Rs 300 to Rs 600 at other places. When asked , why the price difference is too high...the reply was...it's this much only at our hospital...no Justification nothing....Govt need to put cap on all pathology and other tests price.

Very unprofessional. We had booked appointment for ENT which was at 7:30 for my mom. We were told to reach 15 mins early. However the doctor didn't turn up even till 8:00. We were not informed about the delay the staff called the doctor on his mobile and the doctor said that he had two more patient elsewhere and won't come till that work is done without bothering about the appointment. This is not acceptable as they do not value the time of the patients. Also the payment was done in advance for this appointment. Hence the doctor was so careless about this. I do not recommend this hospital at all.

Shocked to know that being one of the oldest hospitals of the vicinity On Navjivan Hospital has no ambulance service available for the patient. They provide number of ambulance service in Kamothe. Shocking. In case of emergency Kharghar patients are expected to be dependent on ambualnce outside Kharghar! Its a serious feedback to hospital if they are monitoring these feedback: 'They must maintain an Ambualnce'

The hospital experience was quite positive. The admission process was straightforward, and the doctors' friendly demeanor put patients at ease. Their clear explanations about the diagnosis were greatly appreciated. The mediclaim procedure was efficient, and the cooperation of the nurses and wardboys was noteworthy. Having doctors visit three times a day contributed to attentive care, and the rooms' cleanliness and comfort were evident. Dr maitrav helps us alot post and pre hospitalisation. Dr Ravi and Dr Outi consulted Dad very well. Hospital also have Physiotherapy center, so patient can improve with the help of exercise also.However, it's worth mentioning that the restroom cleanliness could be improved. In summary, the hospital provides good care with a few areas for enhancement.

I have experience this hospital 2 times, for normal cough they did all the kind of tests possible (xray, cbc, urine, SUGERTEST!!) If you have to do all the tests on simple illness all the time then where's your judgement as a doctor? Wrote 12 types of medicine on each symptom listed! Literally felt like they are just trying to justify the prescription fee they're charging! This would really be my last choice for consultation. Money oriented people!

Mate with very bad experience, My husband was an critical situation and badly injured, and the staff was asking me, "mam please pay 600 rs fees first" .. i was like shock.. instead immediate treatment the nurse and the account ask to pay 600, wan i running away...doctors? really it was my need, that's why i take my husband, other wise it's not a doctors place, its a typical beggers place, with mbbs degrees.
