The Muscle Break Gym🏋 Is awesome to me. Hands down best choice I've made training at this gym. The gym has an excellent ambience; It is cleanly maintained and sanitized properly during covid situation. All equipment are German made. One of the best gym in panvel. The staff here is very friendly. The trainer namely Surendar Sir, Prasad Sir, Aniket Sir, Pramod sir are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable, encouraging and extremely qualified. They know how to push you to limit in the best way possible with your workout. The workout are always new engaging and the instruction care about not only getting sweat but also making sure you are staying safe. I would highly recommend.🔥

Amazing gym, trainers are very supportive and you will get best treatment 24X7. This gym provides personal training also (as per your requirement) and a free cross fit work out session once in week. On regular basis you will get Cardio, weight lifting, work out, cross fir and power yoga (zumba will start soon). must visit for your good health and be a part of healthy India. 😊👍🏻

It is good that someone in Panvel has taken such a wonderful step of 24/7 gym. The trainer's in the gym are gem of a person. They will guide you what is best for u. No false distractions are carried out. I got trained under Mr. Pramod. He is one of the best trainer's I met. The best part of the gym is Equipment and trainer's. All the trainer's are well educated not only in terms of Gym but also in Other aspects of life. The most beautiful aspect of the gym is Respect For Women. I have seen women training late night. The Muscle Break Gym is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Specially my fitness coach @Prasad Gaikwad I gained 4-5 kg just in 2 weeks. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout with awesome music which give more energy to do workouts. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!

The Muscle Break Gym is the best classic GYM In Panvel with all facilities provided in it. According to my experience I had losse around 10 kgs with proper nutrition and exercise by well educated trainers. The Trainer's here are very kind hearted, teaches us properly and by following them we can easily loose or gain Weight. There are various facilities such as Cardio, CrossFit, weight training, Massage,steam bath etc.
