Too expensive for basic clothes even ....I don't know which people shop at such brands but clearly not for many also clothes are of not great quality or colour options ...somewhat good apparels are way out of budget in these outlets ....

Boy Staffs in men’s clothing section are really good with their knowledge and polite in behavior, i really liked the interaction with them so that they could understand my wants and needs, keep it up team!

Staff who appointed at billing counter very rude towards customer and also don’t have sense “how to speak with customer” also there has not proper visual signage about from which side you have to approached counter for billing. However on billing desk there has 4 machine but only 2 are operational and other staff even don’t have any courtesy to exposing customer about it they are only busy with chit chat with each other. Management can check the CCTV footage if it’s available, so they will come to know about it. Very bad experience for valuable customer……

Start reiwev is specially given for SAKHARAM Athbaile staff for coustomer care person.I have purchased a bag from van heusen brand from shopper stop panvel.Hardly used for 10day zip was not functional immediately called up coustomer care of shopper stop SAKHARAM Athbaile was the person who help me understanding the problem now problem slove getting a exchange with new brand🙂 thank u so much appreciate ur hard work of daliy follow up

At the time of billing not provide bill .staff say bill received from text message. But no text message regarding bill receive yet now. Hopless service and product Aldo not good.

Good quality of products and even attendant was good but because of cash counter worker's "unwanted Oversmartness ", I couldn't get membership card.

Alot of good stuff here. It's very expensive but what else can you expect in a mall. I loved the handbags there. And got myself some make up.

Overall this is perfect. A bit expensive but you can find every type of clothes over here and every favourite pattern and designs too.

My husband wasn't allowed to sit inside.. in front of my changing room door since it was a female section room. He was told to stand outside. That is unfair. So i didn't change or buy anything, even though I had more than a dozen clothes to confirm. 1. Why should I walk till the main door to show him. 2. Wouldn't other husbands waiting for their wives be standing there and make me uncomfortable like the way my husband's presence inside would make other ladies. Kindly make a system where husbands don't have to stand outside . Where there is a section where they can sit Maybe sections inside the changing room They deserve to sit and confirm clothes, as ladies take alot of time to change and choose.

The store isn't as big as the Vashi one, but very convenient for Panvel residents. Do my gift shopping here often. Good household items. Even the cosmetic section is good.

It is a one stop for clothing. Divided in two floors, the store is rather huge one. The upper floor is wholly dedicated to the clothing, where most of the famous brands are available. While the shoes, perfumes and watches can be found on the lower floor. For clothing, I would say, it's one stop go.

Worst experience ever... They make the false marketing like buy 2 get one free. And the sales representative shows one product while applying and pack another and while replacing we need to bear the loss.

Excellent huge sports stop situated in Orion mall. It is siraf into 3 levels. Basement for women. Ground for kids, perfumes, watches and gift items. 1st floor for mens. It has escalator inside the shop to go from one level to another. Excellent place to shop.

Worst store this is. Product is not returned even though it is in same condition as purchased. I went to return before one month, but the policy is to return in 14 days. For membership customers there is extended return period. This is equal to taking bribe😂lol. Pay money for membership and enjoy more benefits. But what for common customers.
