Worst hospital and Dr might be experienced but explains nothing when asked. Your doubts are not cleared. Unable to solve your problems in case of maternity also. Plays game of fear.If you are feared then be ready to loose money Money making is only objective here... Unnecessary medicine even if not required in our case of pregnancy.Fyi not recommended this hospital at all...by god's grace I happen to take another doc advice and came to know all medicine was irrelevant. Not at all recommended in any case of maternity...if you want to save life and money both.

Zero star clinic. The only try to loot money. We first called reception and took appointment. She said tomorrow you can come at 9.30 directly without calling. So we went without calling as we had appointment. When we reached, receptionist said Dr shubhada is busy in worshiping God as it was Ganesh Chathurthi. And asked us to wait for 1.5 hours. Ironically, it was written inside clinic that, service to humanity is service to god. I wonder then why they made us wait. We saw that there was a sanitizer kept near receptionist, when we asked to give few drops on hand then she arrogantly refused stating, ' you must have your own sanitizer bottle, we dony give to anyone'. Anyway, going further Dr Shubhada asked us to check for few blood test even when it was not required. When we arrived with all test it were normal except thyroid was having little difference. Dr where arrogantly replying when we asked what is the exact problem? How to solve that? So Dr Shubhada asked us to visit one more clinic in New Panvel stating that the doc their is specialist. When we reached there the doc was not a specialist, and looted money again here as doc said it was not required to go in his clinic for such a low thyroid difference. He did not even prescribed any medicine. Don't ever go there, and if you had to then constantly see where they are trying to loot you.

I am forced to give 1* so that I can post this review. We visited this clinic around 10 pm when my spouse experienced chest pain. Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. The process of getting an ECG reading was delayed and somewhat unprofessional. The nurses seemed inexperienced as they had to refer to videos to learn how to take an ECG reading & to ensure correct placement of the probes. At one point, my spouse even offered to put the probes on themselves due to the staff's difficulties. The situation improved when multiple nurses rushed to the ER and finally managed to obtain the ECG reading. However, I was surprised to see a charge of 500 rupees for this service, considering the challenges encountered. To address my spouse's medical concerns, we sought a second opinion from a different doctor who confirmed that it was a muscle spasm and nothing more serious. Furthermore, we encountered an issue with the payment process. The clinic had only one functioning card machine, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with its operation. Despite attempting various cards from different banks, both credit and debit, we were unable to complete the transaction. Ultimately, we had to make the payment in cash. I genuinely believe that a hospital or clinic's reputation is shaped not only by the medical professionals but also by the competence and professionalism of its staff. I won't recommend this clinic to others.

Worst doctor n horrible experience of hospital, doctor is sooooo rude, he was shouting Continuesly on my 72 years old mom during a procedure n later shouted on me as well n threatened to kick us out. Haven't met a bad doctor like him ever in my life n wish no one should get a bad doctor like him. He was threatening me like a local goon. Please don't go for this doctor " Neel"ever.

Neel clinic is best for pregnancy related matters 2015y daughter was born here we had given up on normal delivery but Dr Neel knew what she is doing and insisted/executed normal delivery. 2020 my son was born 6 days over he due date 04 kg in weight against all odds Dr Neel managed to perform normal delivery. She could have easily gone for C Sect option but she didn't and performed her duty with dedication.

The doctor is very experienced and knows what treatment plan to curate for the patients. Hospital is really very nice and staff are really very helpful and cooperative . The staff is really helpful and supportive. The hospital provides 24×7 availability of doctors, nurses and social workers for the treatment. 🙏😇

Best multispeciality hospital in new Panvel Navi Mumbai .hardworking doctors with good experience. Charges are affordable. They even take high risk patient and treat them well.clean surrounding. Dr P.B.Neel even treat emergency patients at night. He is best anaesthetist in new Panvel .Dr.S.P.Neel is best gynaecologist in new Panvel and also spiritual guider for pregnant women.she is also conducting divine mother baby project at national level has YouTube channel divine garbhsanskar.

Very bad experience..... Dr r very rudely behave... W r having cardiologist prescription and covid -ve patient then also Dr not ready to admit heart patient. And patient seated over 2 hrs outside hospital..then also Dr not ready to check.... Most BHANGAR hospital.... They don't understand emergency...

It's a good clinic. It's usually busy during the daytime. Staff is polite and the fees are affordable. Best part is they follow all rules and essential guidelines that many private hospitals do not follow.

Very bad hospital not emergency case handling fast very late treatment

The staff takes thing vary casually and is untrained and at times few of them are rude. Doctors appointment is not scheduled properly. It is que system, first come first basis which is also not followed properly. One has to waste And spend lot of time in the hospital and increase the probability of getting infected from other patients. The visiting doctors are usually late. Can be better managed.

Rat infested place.. too much mosquito.. they give unnecessary medication... as they have their own medical I don't think they even use it on icu patients... it's just the game of money try to avoid this hospital.. worst part is I haven't seen rats in hospital surroundings...
