    I joined kettle Hell on 16th Jan on that day my weight was 52-53kg around (with height 5.9 feet). Within 4 months the weight came to 58kg, by the 6th month my weight was 63kg. By following Yuvraj sir deit plan & making some needed lifestyle changes I have gained muscle strength and more functional energy. And his diet plan so simple and tasty šŸ˜‹ includes easily available homemade dishes! ( No need for chit meals). No supplement! Only homemade food Unfortunately due to job change I'm leaving Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Still I will keep on following his diet & exercise/workout šŸ’Ŗ regime. Thanks šŸ™ YuvaRaj Sir Regards Tushar

    Kettle Hell is an excellent place to stay fit. Raj sir might seem rough and strict. But he actually cares and will take the time to discuss diet and training to achieve desired result. He tailors each person's diet and exercise as per their requirement - be it weight loss, weight gain, muscle building etc. He helped me loose 25 kgs in a few months. Further even though I had to shift locations from mumbai, he still guided me whenever I asked him for any help or advice and this helped me to maintain my weight for over 2 years now.

    Highly Recommend this to people who are looking to transform their physique. Yuvraj Sir is a great trainer. You will see great and significant results quickly. The members and the entire atmosphere of the gym is very friendly. Kettle hell was my best gym experience till date.

    I was really underweight, tried different gyms and mass gainers but none of them affected my weight. So, on a friends recommendation I joined Kettle Hell Fitness Studio. This being a crossfit, the activities are a lot different and quite interesting, within two weeks I gained 7 kgs and in 2 months a total of 15 kgs. This is not just weight gain but also a proper mass gain alongwith maintaining the shape. This gain was just with the diet (WITHOUT ANY SUPPLEMENTS) and the exercise that Raj Sir made us do. I also felt a good increase in my core strength even after gaining weight. Raj Sir is a very professional, dedicated, strict kick boxer and an instructor too. He has a great knowledge of this field and provides a very result oriented diet plan which turns out to be tasty too. I highly recommend joining Kettle Hell Fitness Studio if you are looking for weight loss / weight gain or building your core strength.

    One of my best experiences till date, I was 111 kgs. I have tried many gyms in Kharghar but I use to only lose 1- 3 kgs and so, lost hope. After knowing about Kettle Hell I gave my self one more chance to take over on my health. Sir is Excellent in his field and gives quite good information about health and healthy diet plans. I hate to miss workout now I have lost 53 kgs till now, thanks to sir and his great work experience.

    I have never done CrossFit before, and I was pretty anxious about going here. Raj is a great instructor and will make you work hard. You will definitely see results within only a few days if you are consistent.

    Raj is excellent fitness trainer. His knowledge about Fitness is excellent. I was 115 kg lost 56 kgs till now with the help of raj sir workout plans and his diet plan .Best part is He always trys to explain the details in simple language which helps me to understand and achieve my goals and I highly recommend kettle Hell fitness studio to people who are willing to change there lifestyle and fitness level.

    I joined Kettel hell, 4 months back. I personally visited lot of reviews before selecting this Gym and all reviews were positive. Now, I want to post my own review and trust me if you join this Gym and if you are ready to put your šŸ’Æ percent, you will achieve the desired results for sure be it gaining weight, loosing weight or gaining physical strength or stamina. Raj Sir, is a passionate trainer having rich experience in this area. I am approaching my 40's and my aim was to gain strength and stamina. I am already feeling that positive difference. When I started it I just thought will not last long more than 3 months but now I think will continue it many more years to come.

    Kettle hell has been my heaven. I have understood the balance between a good workout and healthy eating habits from Raj, sir. He has always pushed me harder to achieve my goals; he has even prepared low-carb meals for me. He is strict but has fantastic comic timing, too :p I had reduced 15 kgs in a span of 3 - 4 months with his support. Kettle hell is an excellent place to begin your workout journey:)

    Itā€™s been a great weight loss journey of 12 kgs with kettle hell. I started at 78 kg in February 2022 and by the end of August 2022 I was 66 kg. It is a great place for workout, our trainer Mr Raj introduces various forms of workouts like cross fit, functional training, kick boxing and provides proper guidance in getting the correct form. With the correct diet given by him I have also overcome PCOD.
