All processes are very slow, relatives have to keep following up with staff, bill team is not up to mark very hectic process with no proper response. The patient was discharged on Friday and some amount was deducted from security deposit, deduction charges were informed orally not even provided any hard copy of bill giving reason that senior staff is not available even after following up daily yet not received. This is the hospital's responsibility to share the final bill hardcopy at time of discharge, if staff is not available hospital stop working ? Dr and nursing staff is very helpful hence 1star

The Pathology lab is clueless. And may cause blunder with wrong report being tagged on wrong patient, or mixup of samples. My Ordeal with them in last 24 Hrs: 1. At around 12.30 PM Said report will be given in 3-4 hrs that too by whatsapp and/or email. (But no report was sent till 9 PM in night despite multiple followups) 2. When followed up in evening, insisted on coming and collecting saying there is one problem with report. But when we said we are ok to receive on whatsapp call was abruptly disconnected. 3. when called again later, they just changed statement that reports not ready. And will be sent by 9pm 4. Now at 9pm+ Report comes on whatsapp with wrong name. When I pointed error out they just deleted the reports from chats. 5. After few minutes I get a call asking my correct name. I was surprised, If name is not known how they know whose blood test they are even doing? And after all this how even I can trust on these reports to be correct! 6. Its 24 hours since tests were done and one of the report has still not sent (which was earlier shared with wrong names). 7. Charged almost 1.5X of standard market rates (SRL/Thyrocare etc.). Now since reports can't be trusted. I have to redo all test. They are not even refunding the money. What an absolute waste of blood and money!

Not at all worth. We made a mistake by taking our patient there. Would never recommend this place to any one. Bad service, delays and still waiting for refund of our paid deposit. Extra charges added and too many unwanted tests performed, big bills at pharmacy and pathology and extremely huge amount charged for an icu which does not even look like an icu. Take your patient to a bigger and better place instead of this place. Very very bad experience.

The Hospital facilities are very bad. Infection control practices are very poor . Nursing staffs are rude ,Untrained unprofessional no nursing care knowledge. Service charges are very high as compare to south Mumbai hospitals. The hospital administrator is hopeless . Doctor Ajinkya is very unprofessional in communication does not care about patient and family rights, he is very rude horrible and not transparent in his role. He has lot of ego and not qualified enough to handle patients. I would suggest common people should check their bills before discharge . I had an experience of cheating in all services provided by them . Hospital is running out of no patients and not recommended for routine admissions.

I had visited for the first time to consult a cardio and chest physician. The fees is a bit high to me but it's a Good clean and hygienic hospital. Courteous staff as I found on my 1st visit.

I was admitted to Polaris hospital for high viral dengue and severe infection. The platelet count was dropping to quite low. The team of senior doctors at Polaris treated me with great care. They also took timely decision to infuse external platelets. With all this treatment, I came out of it unscathed and healthy. On top of it, the nursing staff is also extremely dedicated and providing comfort to patient. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Polaris.

Very bad experience from the hospital staff. It takes more than 2 hours just to prepare death summary of a patient. They keep dead patient’s relatives waiting for hours just to get death summary.

My aunt who is a widow & no one to take care was stationed at Rehabilitation Centre at Taloja due to Dementia since April. Recently she had to be admitted to Polaris Hospital, Khargar on emergency due to Acute Respiratory condition. Quite pleased with the way Polaris team took care of her health as well as her Medical Insurance claim & settlement. She was finally discharged today after a week's treatment. Much to my relief & pleasant surprise, I could manage all the formalities remotely from Bangalore over call. Would like to specially mention the names of Ms.Akanksha who co-ordinated from her admission formalities, Insurance claim, hospital logistics till her discharge.
