Pros: Patel jeweller has one of the lowest making charges and plenty designs, which makes them stand out. Cons: One thing which I didn’t like is, they ask for 1.5% extra charge if u use any card. That is completely wrong.

Horrible experience first time.. The staff is not co-operative.... Also the exchange gold facility is not good...if you buy gold from them then they will charge you exact weight of gold...but when you exchange your old gold then they will not giving rate of total weight...eg Suppose you have 10 gram gold with you having 91.6 carret purity...then they will calculating it weight as 9 gram and 160 mili...that means they will cut 840 mili from you gold...if so then why not the same rule they are applying, when we purchase new gold from them... Totally waste of time and money...
