I’ve lived in papakura majority of my life and they really need to work on there customer service. No greeting multiple times I’ve been there it’s just a “what’s your order” anything else while I’m still talking. To add to that I tell the staff that’s all thank you. I’m barely finished speaking and there speaking over me to drive through. I get to the window but two staff members are talking on the side so I drove to the other window as I got no greeting no idea on what’s happening other then a intense conversation. I work in hospitality have done for over 10+ years from a dishwasher, a chef, to a manager. I understand every aspect to hospitality and it’s clear that the customer service is in need not a nice feeling to but quick dinner and your server can’t be bothered. absolutely disappointed with the service. waited over 40min in the drive through ordered a McChicken don't know what they gave me but was not chicken even though was in a McChicken as for the drinks 3/4 full and flat! food was cold and chips were stale. this has happened before but now will never be going back. rather drive a bit ferther and go to karaka maccdonalds would give negative stars if I could!!!

Perhaps not their best day, Sunday, 515pm, although didn’t seem super busy. 15 mins and no long black, nothing else to the order just a coffee. After a visit to the counter it was with me in 2mins. Thank you barista and for your apology, I won’t be back though.

whoever is working in the cafe please learn how to make hot barista drinks properly. I just got uber this morning and my mocha(i didn't add sugar) taste like im drinking chocolate syrup, absolutely disgusting, if i am paying more for cafe hot drinks i expect cafe quality!!! $7.2 for a sugary coffee

The fat poly b?itch in the counter spoke rudely to me an said she’ll slap my face because I asked for my mcfloat that was already made. As I was leaving she also asked me for a 1on1 outside I made sure the manger gave my food an got out as quick as I can, shes making this million dollar company very poor. Kind regards boy with loud Mercedes. Not a single lie here

Pretty good, only issue: they gave us expired food. I didn't pay $30 to get expired food, all three of the apple pies I got were expired.

Food was served fast. Nice and hot. The servers were great. The only reason for a 4 star is that the playground was quite small and the area for parents to be able to be in there was tiny.

Fast food is fast food right. I shouted the nieces and their friends for lunch. The self serve kiosk worked well, got table delivered. The cleaning lady was on the case, she made sure the takeaway KFC packaging that was left in store was taken away by the customer. Entertaining lunch out.

Came for breakfast around 10ish. Looks to be one of the completed renovations of McDonalds stores happening around South Auckland. Variety of spaces but looks a bit cramped together with the seating. One star off the window that looks at the drivethrough. That thing is massive. Are you going to cover it or wrap it? Didn't like looking at drivers from drivethrough passing through so opted to sit somewhere else.

24 hours drive through which is great. Order wasn't done right. Forgot our apple pie and we had to sit waiting a little while before someone came back to the window. Got home and found my request for no cheese in my burger had been ticketed but still had cheese in it. Staff were playing around a bit ( it was midnightish) so could be why the order was muddled.

Just got back from Macdonalds Papakura. Ordered the $53 share box. Only got 3 burgers. Quarter Pounder, Big Mac, & Mac Chicken and 2 fries. Where on earth is the rest of my order. So disappointing. I should have checked my order before driving off.

I actually cannot believe my experience here! I ordered a Mcfloat with extra Icecream. Explained to the lady this meant less coke more Icecream. All I got given was a side of Icecream prob one scoop of soft serve in a seperate container, when I asked for my mcfloat WHICH I COULD SEE next to the till the absolute animal of a lady wouldn’t give it to me? She gave me a frozen coke seperate from the ice cream which we had ordered. Absolutely refused to give it to us, that we left 5 minutes down the road and realised we hadn’t been given our Apple pies either. We turned around arrive and the mcfloat is still sitting there. When we told her that it is ours please give it to us or we want to speak with your manager she threw it in the bin. She then threatened to jump over the counter and slap my partner over and over again. The manager gave us our stuff and basically told us to run because she was going to attack us. Hope they sort this place out

Ordered a burger combo which ended up being a different burger to the menu, slapped together messy with bbq sauce which wasn't correct, wrong bun type and they took the McDonalds manapoly ticket on the burger, no ticket on fries or drink. Highly disappointed and will never go here again or the takanini branch. Go to karaka mc ds in future.

Only downside is no share boxes after 11pm so now I go to Takanini Mc Donalds which is less than 5min away

First time visitor to this place. It was very Spacious and clean. The operator who served me was very helpful. Easy to understand

Waiting for service in front of the manager patiently. When she made time, turned around and looked at me with her face screwed up. I haven't had McCafe forgetting how to order. She looked angry with no interest so I walked out in embarrassment. Not going back there ever

The food at this McDonald's is very nice. However if you are in a rush I wouldn't recommend stopping here for a quick bite to eat as u may take considerably longer than expected waiting.

The service is terrible, Out of 3 people that served me only 1 was polite back. But what do you expect !

Foods great but service is disgusting, you order off Uber and they forget something from your order almost every time, you waste money always because they always forget something!! Get better workers and do your job properly thanks
