I love this McDonalds. The service from the staff is always great. The restaurant is always clean. Drive thru runs smoothly.

Bought a large combo from Uber eats, fries portion is equivalent to a small fries. Rang the Takanini branch but no answer. Complete rip off

Tuesday 30th may 7:30pm the drive through service was outstandingly shocking!!!! I was sitting on lane 1 while they were justed serving lane 2 for like 7 to 8mins then when I made my order got told to wait around the corner and that wait was approximately around another 7-8 mins boss needs to get on to this cause when I got to the window employees were all standing around and laughing they apologised but they were laughing at the same time never coming back due to that kind of service🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Walked in with GF buns with the hope they would make my burger using them. Biggest thank you to the manager and the team at Takanini for helping me out. Absolutely made my day! Thank you

Fries seemed like it was sitting there for awhile. Waited 20min for my burger at drivethrough. Not happy with the end product

Food is good, sometimes they mess up the order but they fix it when asked so all good. Service is good. Definitely need smiles. They serve you like you owe them. Atmosphere needs a clean up. Always seems unclean because tables don't get cleaned on time.

I came in for breakfast and got a Hunger Buster but when I was eating it,, I crunched into egg shells, here's some of it that I managed to save! gross! That's like the worse way to start the day!

Most useless maccas, never has frozen raspberry. Foods always cold and stale. They don’t fill their fries up. Pay for a large and get a small. Worst maccas in Auckland. Step it up

The Customer Service of this Restaurant is on point. Taimoana (service manager) was the bomb at serving my family. When I wasn't happy with my burger not being as hot he happily exchange my burger and up graded my chips to large. Exceptional service 👏 👌. Restuarant is also nice and clean. Thank you 😊 🙏

Worst of the McDonald's!!! Never come again! Was given wrong order, not what was paid for... very disappointing! Unfortunately was a take away, so didn't bother to come back to complain in person. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant, but would be nice to have a smile or at least a nice atmosphere. Very dirty and messy. Never again!

I don't have anything to say about the restaurant I have something to say to Maccas itself . You guys are always looking for workers yet you can't take my application. Why? I have work experience I'm a hard worker and I've given my cv. I had an interview and they told me I didn't get accepted because of a miscommunication that did not happen at all. It's unfair I am a student and have heard they are good with student hours but won't accept me because I'm a student.
