This is a compose stop along the way towards Papallacta hotsprings over 4100 meters above sea level, then you can experience the altitude effect and take great photos if wheather is perfect. If you have more time and you can handle the altitude there is many lakes near by that you can also visit as it is part of a national park called Cayambe

(Translated by Google) I tell them that I was going with my wife on my motorcycle and a downpour fell on the road, my hands ached from the cold and literally turned purple, the first time we visited the area since our intention was to go to the hot springs of jamanco. We ask God a lot for a place to cover us and stop to get a little warmth since the rain covered us "at about 10 minutes God placed us this beautiful chapel on the road" there we take shelter and wait for the rain to pass. . With the warmth of the candles we warmed our hands and we were able to continue our journey ... after ten minutes we arrived. Glory to God for his mercy. Fecha 5/9/2020

(Translated by Google) Beautiful place on the Provincial border between Pichincha and Napo if you have a good view of the snow-capped Antisana only if there is a very cold wind.

Beautiful views and flora. Need to go prepared for a 40-45 F weather and extremely windy. Recommend an SUV or truck to go up to the antennas.
