We came here on our last night of our holiday to Paphos and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely setting and atmosphere. For starters we had bruschetta and beef carpaccio and both had the beef pappardelle for mains and it was all absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back here when we return to Paphos.

Lovely restaurant and garden complete with relaxing music, absolutely delicious food and attentive service. First night in Cyprus didn't disapoint! Thank you Ficardo! Will be returning, as you see the locals do.

We've really been impressed by this restaurant. It was a hot humid night so I was put off to have to stay outside, but after they placed us at a table surrounded by fans, we quickly felt comfortable. The interior is gorgeous, combining modern architecture and garden features. It is a family restaurant who really care about quality ingredients. They also own vineyards so you're in for a treat. We didn't fancy meat or fish so the choice was limited. With no suitable main course we concentrated on starters, and every one of them was gorgeous. Most had some sweet flavours. It's not cheap but if you like quality it is good value. The wine was excellent. The service was very good. The head waiter, in particular, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The waitress was lovely, very genuine with engaging. The only negative note was that they opened a bottle of water without asking us first. It's a bit cheeky. Also I wish they didn't use plastic straws. Highly recommended. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Ficardo was absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed our starters and our chicken and lamb mains were delicious. The rack of lamb in particular was so tasty and I would highly recommend it as well as the crusted haloumi starter. The mashed potato was soft creamy and delicious. There are a lot of reasonably priced dishes on the menu too. The service was great, the vibe and atmosphere was quiet and chilled but still nice.

**Update after 3 years- still pertect place and friendly staff!! TNX 4 all❤️** Perfect! We came to the restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend’s B-day. I recommend to invite a place before you come because the place is very popular and was full when we came. After 20 minutes of waiting we got inside the restaurant and we enjoyed everything! The food was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and polite. This is a restaurant that I’m going to remember from this vacation.

The place is nice and the design is very cute. There were a few things we didn’t like: We had 3 waiters for one table! It was too much (we got good service). The music was very very bad and the food was not fresh - we expected a fancy restaurant. We ordered a fish that was very dry and not tasty. It feels like a very touristic place. It can be a nice place for a drink, and if you are a couple it can be romantic too but I wouldn’t recommend to eat there.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and very friendly staff. We decided to have our anniversary dinner there and we enjoyed it a lot. We even got a dessert to share and glass of prosecco each which was a very nice gesture, thank you so much! Really reccomend the place to everyone

We are 4 adults and 3 kids and luckily we decided to try Ficardo as we walked to another restaurant we had already booked. The menu looked great and the venue itself was fab. We were warmly greeted and the hostess immediately set up a large table for us which was amazing. The service was so warm and welcoming it left such a positive Impression on us. All of the food we ordered was fresh and tasty. The kids pizza's were fab as were all the starters and mains for the adults. A great night out for all of us! Definite recommendation from me.

We ate here on two nights and had the most amazing food and service. The lobster risotto served in the shell was delicious as was the fillet steak and apple pork (two separate dishes!) in calvados. A special thanks to Maria who made us feel so welcome.

Had some nice dinner at restaurant. Nice personal who knows the menu and know how to explain it and recommend something nice. The wine choices aren’t big but enough to pair it with any dish. Thank you!

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Waiting staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. I had the beef carpaccio followed by rack of lamb. 1000% the best lamb I have ever tasted. Gutted we spotted this place on our last evening in Paphos, otherwise we’d have returned. Thank you Ficardo for an unforgettable meal.

Ficardos is a nicely located upscale restaurant, with a really nice atmosphere. The food was nice but nothing to sing home about I would of rated it a 3.5 if I could, because it was definitely worth more than 3 stars. My starter of prawns were really nice so I had high hopes for the main, which left me abit disappointed! I would give them a second try if I’m ever back in Paphos.

Delicious😊 The best steak I ever ate! The beautiful place with great service. The rise was tasty, so we enjoyed the evening much. Good wine completed this dinner in a perfect way!!!

Overrated. Nice atmosphere, design and music. Great service. But food is not super good. Unfortunately didn’t take picture of stake and pasta. It’s better (if you are a tourist) to go to Paphos to eat traditional Cypriot food.

by FAR the best place we have dined in during our stay. The food and service were a perfect harmonious combination of superbness. Everything we ate was perfectly cooked with awesome flavours, clearly these dishes are created with a lot of love and thought. The head waitress, was fantastic, always made sure our drinks were topped up, gave brilliant recommendations and always attentive to our needs. Quite simply you pay for what you get and we were not disappointed in the slightest. Perfect place to impress! Thank you for a brilliant dining experience.

The owner greeted us warmly, setting the tone for a welcoming dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive ambiance. We started with a selection of appetizers, including the soup of the day and beef carpaccio. The starters were delicious, with the soup served at the right temperature and well-seasoned. The carpaccio provided an interesting twist on traditional flavors. Moving on to the main courses, we ordered the Diane Steak, Fillet Steak, and Gorgonzola Pork Fillet. Unfortunately, some of the dishes, despite being ordered medium to well, were not cooked properly, which was a disappointment. Another issue arose when the main courses arrived with shared portions of steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. While we were dining as couples, it seemed odd that the dishes were not served individually, especially if we had been a group of friends rather than couples. Despite these hiccups, the overall taste of the food was pleasant and enjoyable, making the experience worthy. The desserts, including the Lava Cake and Pear, were decent. However, the pear was cold when it would have been more satisfying if it had been warm and melting. The restaurant boasted a calm and simple atmosphere, creating a relaxed setting for a meal. It should be noted that the prices were a bit on the higher side, but considering the positive aspects of the experience, the visit was still worthwhile.

Very lovely atmosphere. Great hosts. And a lovely menu. We had some chicken dishes, and an apple pork dish. All were terrific 💯. We actually went for the african style restaurant next door, but they were fully booked. So we went here instead. This did not disappoint. You should definitely take a bite here.

Lovely restaurant a short walk from the beach. I had the buretta starter followed by the ravioli. My partner had the bruschette then the chicken stuffed with asparagus. My son had the margarita pizza from the kids menu. Food was made promptly and was well cooked. Ficardo is an upmarket restaurant with good decor and a relaxed atmosphere. It's mostly outside dining but it's all canopy covered so you keep cool.

Unfortunately the food was not tasty at all, and very overpriced. We wanted to order wine so asked the waiter to taste one and he said we couldn’t. Staff were not very attentive or helpful. Very surprising given the previous reviews.

Lovely ambience, great staff and the food was unbelievably good. Our last evening was a Monday and so we saved a third trip back for then but hWadn't realised they were closed and we were so gutted!

Really lovely. I had the Tuscan chicken which was excellent. Service prompt and friendly in a really nice setting.

Amazing restaurant, food was top quality, nicest we have had in a week in Paphos. My fillet steak cut like butter and my girlfriends carbonara was on another level!

To show you how good this restaurant is I've not even finished my meal prior to posting. My wife and I have been coming to Cyprus for around 15 years and I can honestly say this is an absolute hidden gem, perfect food, and a perfect atmosphere. Brilliant.

The Ficardo steak was excellent, and all of our steaks were cooked perfectly to each of our requests.

Can't comment on the food as we didn't get that far ! Restaurant was busy as expected for a Friday eve. We didn't reserve a table but was asked to return after 20 mins as there would be one available...we did but 40 mins later we were still waiting, along with another couple who just didn't get acknowledged at all ! We were seated but soon realised it was a garden Restaurant and 70% of tables were outside. It was quite chilly so asked for the patio heaters to be lit, the waitress seemed reluctant to do this and offered us a table inside, we refused this as it was in the busy walkway near the bar, kitchen and two entrances. After we returned to the original table we asked for the heaters to bit lit again...5-10 mins later they still weren't lit. We just left. It seemed to be just too busy and they couldn't manage ! 😕

We decided to go here after seeing all the amazing reviews and were unfortunately really disappointed. For starters we had halloumi - This was really nice. We also had bruschetta - not great at all as the bread was not toasted and was quite soggy. The mains were so disappointing; we had ravioli which tasted like standard supermarket pasta and sauce and the ribeye which was inedible. I had one bite and couldn’t have any more even though I was hungry. My partner tried some and asked for lemon to put on it to see would that help but it was still awful. It was extremely rubbery (the chef acknowledged this after tasting a piece later) and for some reason watery (maybe had been frozen?). I put it to the side of the table ; the two of us sat at a table for four so I put it on the other side of the table and no one noticed or came to check on us until the end. The waiter asked if I’d like something else but I didn’t because nothing else apart from the halloumi had been nice. If you want a nice steak go next door to the lodge; absolutely amazing steak, good quality fresh meat. If you want Italian food go to Duomo. I’m not sure what ficardos specialty food is but it didn’t succeed in any field.. the service wasn’t great and I found the man who seated us to be quite rude. Also I find it strange that they have NO negative or average reviews in 2 years when the quality of the food was so poor.. I wish I would have seen a review like this before wasting a night of a short holiday here.

Made me wonder if there was an actual chef in the kitchen or just a few microwaves... We should have known from the eerie Michael Jackson and Beatles covers that this place has no soul. Staff was friendly, thus 2 stars.

You simply just HAVE to visit this place. Tucked away off the main road you wouldn’t know it’s there, but walk down the “run way” entrance and you step into an enchanting garden. Best restaurant in Paphos. Food, perfect, atmosphere perfect, staff efficient and friendly. We have been coming here for years and have seen it blossom and grow into a very sophisticated modern restaurant. Tried most dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Will return again and again and ..........
