Thank you Victoria and Sofia Luxury Residence for such an amazing stay! High standard quality apartment and facilities, everything you need is there! All amenities provided and the functionality and high tech modern stylish feel of the apartment is lovely. Not to mention that it is absolutely sparkling clean!!! As well as the pool and pool area! Plus the rooftop is great to watch the sunset and have a beautiful top view of the city! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again there whenever in back in Paphos!

This property is everything I wanted in a home away from home. The location is excellent and the facilities are 5*. My wife and 2 kids really enjoyed especially the 2 rooms with on sweet and the double beds on each rooms. The staff Victoria was very helpful and nice, we will definitely be staying here again soon.

Sofia luxury residence is really beautiful. The finish on the property is superb and it is very well equipped. It is ideal walking distance from town and if you need any assistance the on-site property manager is extremely helpful.

An amazing place, well design premises, with stylish furniture and equipments. The management team very helpful and always there when needed. Situated on a quite area but with in walking distance to all facilities. Restaurants, bar, shopping mall, sea only few minutes walk!! Not even necessary to hire a car. Recommended 100%

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Very modern. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are so lovely. They always go the extra mile to make everything comfortable for you. Nothing is too much for them. Wifi is very fast. The location is perfect. On a quiet street, with a few shops/restaurants nearby, 5min walk to the sea. There is a massive rooftop terrace with BBQ and sea views. The pool was fantastic - warm enough to swim in all day and to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely visit again soon and will always stay at Sofia residence. 10/10

Probably the nicest and most luxurious apartments in Paphos. Very beautiful and stylish furnished, tidy and spotless rooms. Comfortable double beds. They closed one of the roof top terraces for a friends birthday to have a private barbecue. Such an amazing view from up there. Great sized pool. 5/5. Highly recommended. Will return for sure. Victoria was so lovely and helpful, no wish went unanswered.

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Located close to the shopping mall and to the beachwalk. The swimming pool is lovely. Ira was very kind and helped us with all of our requests.

Amazing stay.. the quality (and position) of these apartments are excellent. Sparkling clean and many modern touches to the furnishings and features of the apartment. The large swimming pool and high quality pool side furniture was a lovely amenity and the parking areas were spacious, secure and convenient. Will definitely be back.

Nice, cosy 2 floor apartment. Has all necessities! Stayed 2 couples for one night. Very clean apartment. Only minus is that the church bells on Sunday morning from 5.30am. Also i think the air-condition in the rooms upstairs has some issues because there was no cold air!

Well designed compound, maintained beautifully by Irina, who welcomes you with a friendly smile and available for any question or request. Kitchen with top appliances, seating area in the living room, bathrooms and bedrooms, all top notch, designed with great taste. The swimming pool and the rooftop are a great bonus! We will come back.

I have stayed here 2 months in 2022. This place was my beautiful little paradise in the heart of Paphos. The amenities are nearby, all the facilities and finish is TOP LEVEL. Iryna was always available to help with anything, and just a really lovely host. Tanya the cleaning lady is here everyday. Such a lovely team. Thank you all for making my stay truly lovely. Highly recommended.

Great apartments with really high quality materials and furnishings. You don’t see such high quality in rentals very often. They thought of everything and provided all the appliances you might need. Since we stayed during the winter, the floor heating was great. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bars with sea view. Iryna made sure our check-in and check-out was super smooth and she was very responsive during our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Sofia Luxury Apartments one week in January 2022 (family 2+2). We loved the apartment! It was big, clean, modern equipped with all we needed things and even more. The kitchen is very comfortable for cooking with high quality equipment. There is also an option to do BBQ on building’s roof, but on the day that we wanted to do so, it was windy there so we preferred to cook in the kitchen. Our apartment had two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and blackout curtains. We had also two bathrooms with WC and shower. Very big terrace with view on the green bushes, trees and pool was more than perfect. The pool was cold in the winter time, but it was still nice to sit at the pool and enjoy the sun. The location is very good – close to the beach, restaurants, big shopping centre. In the winter time it was quite there. It is about 20 minutes walk to the old town and about 10 minutes walk to the seaside. The contact with host was very good and quickly get answers to all questions. We recommend in 100%. Would definately come back!

The place was immaculate and the host was even more impressive. They really helped me from arranging a taxi to making sure I could self check in late at night 5 stars all round and would definatley stay again.
