I came to Dr DeFord several years ago after bad experiences at a different practice. It is a pleasure going to the dentist each time now. Wonderful, friendly and professional service. Brandy is my hygienist and does a fantastic job ... gentle and thorough! Unlike in the past, I never feel as if I have been mauled after a basic teeth cleaning. Kathy DeFord is a sincere, amazing and caring dentist. She is truly an example for her profession. Highly recommended dental practice!

The staff at Willow Dental are the greatest people! So kind and welcoming every single visit. They make sure to explain your options in treatment, never rush you, never pester you and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. As someone who dreads going to the dentist, I cannot say enough about how great it is to find a really good dentist's office like this!

Easy to find location. Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Dawson is really knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything to me before he did it in a way I could understand. Highly recommend this practice to my coworkers.

Dr. Dawson and staff are the best and have a patient-centered practice! I have a disaster situation in my mouth caused by years of grinding/clenching. I have had five teeth worked on, including a root canal and the expertise and care throughout my procedures has been top notch. The icing on the cake...they stayed after hours to do an emergency root canal so I didn't have to be in pain!

This was my first time at this office since it switched to Willow Dental. Dr. Dawson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say my tooth cleaning was probably the best I have ever gotten, I don't think my teeth have ever looked better, so many cudos to the dental hygienist. However, having to wait in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I was called back and then all the time it took to get a clear x-ray before the hygienist was even able to start my cleaning, I was there an hour before it started. I was not anticipating an hour and a half for a cleaning. Not sure if this is the norm for a six month cleaning?

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the questions I had. Most of all very understanding with people's financial situations with helpful solutions to assist ones certain financial situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office and/or dentist.

Dr. Dawson is amazing. He is kind and patient. The staff at Willow Dental is out of this world - especially love Lexi the Patient Coordinator who was so helpful!
