I was in last weekend shopping with my 4 year old daughter, had about $100 worth of merchandise in my hands when my 4 year old had to use the restroom. Now I'm aware of the no public restrooms and the nearest one is either across the street or down across the plaza... I asked the worker nicely if my 4 year old could please use the bathroom as she was holding and dancing and crying she wasn't going to make it... the worker denied! Stating there is public restrooms across the plaza... I told her I know but I don't think she can make it that far she's only 4! She said well I'm sorry we don't have a public restroom! Then proceeded to ask me if I would like to check out so I can take my daughter to the bathroom! I was outraged! I left everything I had picked out and picked up my daughter and left to the nearest bathroom! Bath and body works kindly let us use theirs! I will never shop at this location again! I can see telling an adult no, but a 4 year old!!! Wow!

Victoria Secret is probably my favorite store to shop at located in Shadow Lake.

Staff was super helpful when they had time. It felt like they were under staffed a bit as we are there waiting for 10 minutes waiting for a staff member to become available. I was told it was a test store and they did not have the regular sale that a lot of other Victoria secrets have. It was confusing trying to find our own respective sizes from the drawers. We were told the stuff from this mannequin was not here but over there... And the sizes didn't go all the way through from the smallest to the largest (it was organized that way but it didn't have a consistent flow) Back home I don't remember having so many issues when shopping by myself that I felt it was this stores organization. I feel like you are much better asking for help from an associate as they are super friendly but this store also seemed to be out of a lot of sizes when we inquired.

The associates working this morning (3/20/23) were very nice and helpful with my questions and when looking for certain products; most of my other visits to this location were nice, but today the associates working were super friendly to my needs and made it awesome!

I love all the staff here! I live way closer to other VS locations, but would much rather drive the extra miles and be treated like a freaking person, not a piece of dirt. These ladies know their stuff and offer extra insight on special deals! It’s the little things 😊

Couldn't find any men's underwear. That's twice now!

I mostly just come here for underwear. The choices are a little bit too limited for bustier girls like myself and a lot of the Pink clothing isn't really my style. You will have to shell out a pretty penny for that brand name.

RUDE staff. Showed up right before 5:50. They closed at 6:00. As I was walking up to the door they locked the door. When I got the woman's attention she put her hand up and shrugged a oh well at me. I go to my car and call the manager. She informs me that due to payroll issues they lock the door 10 minutes early. Now I get that but to slam the door and lock it in my face was not needed. Plus it was not 5:50...the 10 minutes early when I was on the phone with her. I was told I was welcome to shop at a different location if I didn't like it. VERY RUDE!!!!!
